Nexus Regency Suites & Hotel

The location is convenient and near the freeway entrance

Very run down compared to our last stay 6 years ago

Room size big

Just served plain water in breakfast. Extra charge will be charge if needed sweet drink. This drink not included in breakfast package.

Staff..

To be honest this hotel disappointed me most.. the staff is friendly but room and parking very not ao good arrangement.

The room is really spacious. Really comfortable too. The facilities also useful. We are happy with our stay there. Consider to rebook for next stay! Highly recommended. The room rate is soooooo affordable we all surprised?

Yea i like. Very spacious. The Water heater was not working, Telephone was not working too.

Room was acceptable and spacious enough to accommodate those with children, everything else outside the room is rather old but that is to be expected.

Staff was horrible, totally unfriendly while I was checking in at the front counter and very obviously does not care about the job she is working. Not to mention I was nice enough to bring back the hotel room card for her several days after I checked out, her remarks are condescending, purposely confusing, and absolutely unprofessional.

room is spacious.

Breakfast was on par. Room was spacious but toilet was not very clean. The drainage was blocked.

Enjoy our stay

The hairdryer not function well RM60 for 2pax , The breakfast not worth it.. overall is good

Space is big and that's all.

Overrated as 4-stars hotel. Reception staff isn't friendly, the room facilities are of low values and even urine stain was seen on the toilet the moment we first stepped into the room.

Spacious Room

A bit dirty, housekeeping inconsistent and staff not very friendly

An old hotel but okay. Spacious. Front desk, Shana is very pleasant.

The room is so spacious and suitable for big family.

Not that clean and the shower head not well functioned.

ROOM VERY LARGE AND THE PRICE IS CHEAP

found containers of food and drinks that have gone bad in the fridge

The room is huge, clean and not smelly. The lunch set is tasty. The hotel staff / consultant by the name of Ms Shernese is friendly and courteous. She had also recommended some delicious lunch sets to my parents.

The carpet may have to be replaced. The area in front of the lifts at the rooms level could be improved. Kids will come for swimming pool but there is no pool. Maybe the hotel management could consider buiiding a swimming pool at the property.

The location is very near to Shah Alam industrial part, free parking.

Found some dirt marks on the bed sheet. No body shampoo in the toilet.

The location - easy to find. & the room is spacious.

The cleanliness is a little off as the kettle and mugs at the room pantry are not clean. Had aircond issue during my stay, it was so hot and messed up our schedule since we were planning to go out.

Kettle not function and breakfast not good too.little

Good facility of kitchen and good breakfast

Parking was free and accessible.

I was disappointed with the overall cleanness. Poor quality breakfast. WiFi almost disfunctional, operating only near the doors.

Room space and Aircon good enough

Room furniture are quite old and have some odd sound when use.

Large room

Not the cleanest room, on channels on the to, WiFi needed work in the room, breakfast was poor.
