Spacious and clean room.

1. No buffet breakfast but replaced with only 2 options of Ala-cart.2. Staying guest need to pay parking charges.

I think it is weird this is a 4 stars hotel. No wifi in the room. Weird smell in the lobby.

Hotel stay was great except the unfair parking charges imposed for staying guest.

Excellent staycation at this hotel with great price deal . Huge space the entire room complete with pantry , fridge , dining table , work table , suits for business travel . easy parking. easy check in & check out. friendly staff . they return deposit upon check out immediately. facilities is more than enough . i'm satisfied. will book this hotel in future for business trip .

Everything was smooth . I hope in future the management can upgrade the toilet seat cover , its too ugly already. :'D

Spacious and quiet room. Super big rooms.Comfortable bed.

For a frequent stayer at the hotel, noticed few area/issues to be improved as below:1. Towel - Past 3 stays (2-3week gap), found that the towels has unpleasant smell similar to not properly dried. Please check.2. Basin in toilet - Clogged and slow water discharge to drainage.3. Shower section floor - Clogged and slow water discharge to drainage. Often flood during shower.4. Shower section - Body wash/shampoo container with broken push buttons/worn out still in use.

Perfect spacious room

Vy noisy at nite as kept hearing people running and moving furnitures upstairs as early as 3am till 6am. Tv not functioning, no bathrobe and shower cap as mentioned in facilities given in description.

Rooms are big

1- internet connections were poor and not able to connect in some rooms2- we got water leakage in toilet in level -11 room and staff informed to be fixed but not fixed.3- water finished in level-7 rooms in the morning.4- two toilets locked automatically and not able to open. One of the room toilet locked at late night and we have to change room at mid night.5- some sheets found not clean and we asked for change.6-The place of hotel is far from shopping areas.7- The hotel rate in booking.con is 4 stars but in real found 3 starts after discus it with hotel staff.

Nice hotel with luxury looking.

1- reception told they might or might not have towel. I've checked in at 12.30am and very tired yet need to come down to get the towel when it was not there. 2- I booked twin bed room but they asked me to adjust the bed by myself by separating couple bed. Very disappointed.3- Bed were torn and not good condition. When told the staff, they asked to adjust because no other room. I paid for my room, not free of charge staying.4- Washroom not cleaned, was slippery and bad smell.

Spacious room and is accessible for a wheelchair-bound person.

The suite room is dirty and so not a suite room's standard. i.e: dirty floor, dirty cabinet, dirty toilet (I can make a mini pool since water drainage in the shower is so bad), no towels and laundry bag upon check-in (so had to request for it and also hair towels are upon availability?), used bed sheet in the wardrobe? Also breakfast variety is limited and is not to be looking forward to (but the nasi lemak is delicious). I am so not reconsidered staying here again or recommending it to my friends. I hope the hotel management can be more strict in taking the hotel's image as a 4stars hotel.

Facilities like floor, socket and others getting old and not maintain well.
