saya booking bilik non smoking, bila tidur malam bilik bau asap rokok yg kuat ..kami tak dapat tidur dari 2am till 7am , lepas pukul 9am baru tiada bau asap rokok, Location hotel susah nak cari , round 8kali baru jumpa hotel tersorok dlm taman tema..

I booked from booking.com on that time they showing available unit but when I reach in the hotel front office staff said room is not available then their staff discuss each other and they give me different room what I booked I didn’t get that room bcoz i booked the queen bed they give me twin bed combined one that really worse my night I can’t sleep please if u not available don’t cheated to guest hopefully that thing you will improve in future.

Room, facilities (hair dryer broken), pillows, dirty floor, TV channel last but not least NO ROOM SERVICE convenience at all coz barcode scan given cannot log in.!

The bed and toilet is okay.

The plug has been hang from the socket in the room and the room lighting is a bit dull. The parking level has been locked with wooden plank and lock using padlock from the inside from 5.30am which has hinder us to go to our car parking at level 2. We have to go back to the lobby and walk up to the car park which is such a hasle as we are in hurry for an event. We are told from the receptionist that there would be a buggy that would send us up to the parking lot but the security told us there isn't and that we have to walk up to the parking.

Not all channels were available during my stay. Not sure why. I can only watch the Malaysian channels.The need to go and validate the TnG card to get the free parking fee was too cumbersome

Breakfast was not bad. Water pressure was good.

Hotel a bit rundown. Not maintain well. Showerhead leaking and crack. When we arrived infront of the hotel, the guy who managing the luggage just look at us and ignored us. Did not even bother to ask if we need help with our luggage.

The room was not clean, and the flooring was worn out and starting to come off. The staircase from the parking area to the lobby was dirty, and some steps had no lighting. The breakfast menu was very limited. At one point, the room experienced a blackout and maintenance had to be called. The water heater was not working and also required maintenance. When the maintenance staff entered the room to check the water heater, they did so while wearing shoes, leaving the floor dirty with shoe marks. The refrigerator was not cold. During check-in, we requested a late checkout and were informed at the counter that we could check out at 12:30 p.m., but by 12:00 p.m., our room card had already been deactivated and we were unable to access the room.

I DIDNT GET MY BREAKFAST EVEN AFTER CALLING TWICE AND WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND FINALLY 12PM I HAD TO CHECK OUT WITHOUT EATING. FACILOTIES ARE BAD. NO TOWEL FOR HAND AND NO CHANGE OF TOWELS AFT ROOM CLEANING.

I just need invoice but till now cannot get it due to I book from booking.com

Can be improve by providing complementary tooth paste and tooth brush. Should provide towel based on number of pax rent the room.

Nothing, I didn't even get to stay at this hotel, but they charge me money anyway.

I had a very disappointing experience with I-City Trademark Collection By Wyndham. Despite booking in advance and informing the hotel of my late check-in, I couldn't locate the hotel and ended up being charged unfairly. So far, the hotel staffs have failed to resolve my issue and refused to take responsibility.

Slow, Faulty, Dirty

my experience was far from satisfactory. The check-in process was extremely slow. I had to go down to the reception twice because the door lock was faulty, which was frustrating after a long journey. The room itself was dusty and the toilet had mold, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and hope the management takes steps to improve their services and cleanliness.

The staff's service was amazing. It feels as if they really are happy to be of assistance. They helped me find the place and assisted me with a smooth transaction to check out.

I don't like that they're difficult to pin via Grab. If using Grab, you must pin "Best Western i-City Shah Alam" because the Hotel rebranded. You will not find i-City Trademark Collection by Wyndam in Grab. It would've been useful if they had this information in their profile early on. I needed to contact the property to find out about this.Also, my tv doesn't have channels and for you to have toiletries, you still have to request them. Didn't bother to since I am only staying for a couple of hours.

A short walk to i-city, the breakfast is delicious but the options are limited, nice view.
