Four Points By Sheraton Puchong

Room clean and big

can hear sound from outside road.room too dark not enough light.

The breakfast had a good variety, hope to see more in the future! Rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful :D

Some sockets in the room weren't functioning properly. When my adapter was plugged in, no current was flowing.

The room was big and clean. The location was excellent, very close to all shops and banks as well. There is a hypermarket nearby with a 7-Eleven too.

The was some construction taking place at the hotel and water leaking at the lift area to the carpark.

Location.

Disappointed this time staying here. I stayed here a number of times. all went well. The room is a bit outdated. Cleaner did not come to clean my room on day 1. I told the receptionist twice and she told me she would send but no one came as well as promised. bath towels look old. This certainly does do reflect the standard of a Sheraton Hotel.

Calling their general line can be quite frustrating. During my first call, I was transferred, but the representative informed me that I should call back after 10-15 minutes because she wasn’t part of the customer service team and couldn't help me. When I called back, the line disconnected after they attempted to transfer me to another team. When I mentioned that the call had been disconnected, the representative claimed I had hung up myself. Why would I disconnect the call when I was the one reaching out? I only need the invoice for guest stay & i been a hassle.

Good clean noise free facility at a nice location with a nice breakfast

Check IN Process

Everything!Assortment, service, availability, Fitness Center nice area with close to many restaurants

All was good.

Nice location, welcome drink is very refreshing after a long drive

The moment when we want to check in around 4.15pm, i was told I have to wait because the room is not ready yet, but luckily soon after some communications, we managed to check in

None!

Very bad experience at the time of check-in itself! Despite booking made, confirmation ID received and payment made, the duty manager, P***am denied and insisted no payment received! It was so embarrasing and traumatic experience!!

Good location for the 5 day wedding we were attending. Everything you need is within walking distance including super Malaysian breakfast options and bars. Shopping malls: IOI and Sunway Pyramid, are close by. Traffic can be horrific in Puchong so leave more than enough time for travel especially if heading into KL.

The 3 Bs were not available: balcony, bath, bathrobe. Hotels with balconies are a rare commodity in KL/Selangor as are baths. Twin room on 14th floor was small but nice and clean. Wifi was very weak.

Clean and nice view

Fridge is not cold enough for ice cream

hotel quiet, good breakfast, plenty of restaurant around, good access by highway

Maybe not enough continental food for breakfast, far from the city

Comfort room, strategy location, walking distance to lot of restaurants or cafe

Location - easy to get around with grabRestaurant staff - friendly and remembers us. Always share a good morning and pleasantries.

Overall lighting in room is too dim.

Staff are very friendly and helpful

I think the thermostat in our room is broken. Can't adjust the temperature, very cold the whole night.

Room, cleanliness, ambience. Premium price but the room is great. Bathroom is clean and shower is strong and nice.

Value for money a bit lacking, slightly overpriced. I don't mind paying this premium for the quality provided, but it's on the high side. Especially coupled with having to wait to check-in. Despite reaching 1hr after the designated check-in timing. (3pm check-in, reached 4pm and had to wait till 5pm)

Good location, nice breakfast, staff friendly… the breakfast staff provide extra miles that make me felt good. Internet speed was fast, no issue for business video call. Room is clean and bed is nice, slept whole night without issue, even near to highway.

The bathroom overall quite ok, but the shower head not fixed in good position. There is no comb… which was “surprised” me…! The room quite dark, not enough light, lucky there is a table lamp… The eatery (room service) not that good experience, especially the fish and chips…

The check in was fast & mr Parthiban was very friendly n nice. He gave us a room with nice view.Room was clean. Love it

The main lift to the hotel lobby was under maintenance. No clear signage to show where to go.

The wonderful staff from check in to check out. They were so helpful and efficient, not to mention their warm smiles and hand on heart bows. They helped us with getting transports, directions, and many many tips and made our stay very comfy and pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean as well. And the food was good, too, we tried many local and infused cuisines. Many restaurants around the hotel as well, for variations. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

Can't think of any.

The reception staff were polite and friendly. The room was also clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Both the bath towels had some reddish black stains on them and we were reluctant to use them. Could have ensured that bath towels are 100% clean without any stains.
