I drive all the way from johor to kl, 5 hours of driving and when I reach at 3am, the guy said there is no reservation from booking.com and want me to wait until 8:30am to check in. What the hell??????? Poor service, totally fail booking.com

Terrible !
So stupid the arrangement inside the room ! The bathroom have see through glass door facing the bed , how come they think all the people who booked the room for 2 stays is couples ! I really have though time as I stayed with my lil brother ! And the room was so small cannot breathe and smelly

No views from the window. Just something like a rubbish bin processing station can be seen from the window.

For room 9203, no hanger wall mounted for single bedroom & plug near to the bed is not working for iron but still can used for charge hand phone

Can see cockroach no matter big or small once enter the room already. Room quite small.
