clean and comfortable. for 1 night stay nothing much to comment

breakfast a bit simple for 4-star hotel

Everything was nice.. The location of the hotel is good.. not too busy.. Easy to park, and cheap only costed RM8 for the park. The staff was so friendly and welcoming me with a cheerful smile.. The food also not bad. I ordered for in dining and it was soo delicious.

Nothing to complain about.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the toilet in my hotel room. There is a strong unpleasant smell, which makes it uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. I would appreciate it if this matter could be attended to immediately action for othersI waited for approximately 30 minutes while your team tried to locate my booking, which was not reflected in your system. This situation was inconvenient and unacceptable, especially after a long journey.

Breakfast was good, the spread was good, tasty foods.Overall the hotel was clean, staffs were pleasant.The hotel is still under some renovation but it was clean and quiet.

The room can be better - only yellow dim lights were available, the bidet was leaking, no room slipper was available, cupboard was old.The reservation should be more accurate in detailing the rooms during reservation - promised one thing but ended up with another. Parking should be free for staying guests.

The tv cannot be off and keep turn on and showing hotel ads. No plug to unplug, have to switch to empty channel and silence the tv

Good location & very clean. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. Overall good!

Food for sahur or breakfast SUCK

Bfast No choice at all. Money well not worth it take package with no breakfast. Cheaper

Only problem...parking need to pay...even for those who stay at hotel...moreover parking charges expensive....if free parking for those who stay more people will to stay at hotel.....Breakfast no much variety...compare ot other same star hotel....Aircond not so cold at midnights

Hate the parking facility, confusing and worse part … we had to pay. First time i had to pay for parking in a hotel! Unacceptable.Plus not clean. Even at the main lobby, can see dust

The room is large, comfortable for 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 kids. room is very clean. nearby to I City Shah Alam and i Central.

The breakfast provided had limited food options, which could be improved for a better experience.

The pillow so soft.. And the hotel not tell me swimming pool cant use. My child feel sad

Toilet & bedroom do not have any separator like wall or door. Can easily go through from the bed. Water splashed out from the shower place make the whole bathroom wet.The faucet at the bathroom sink, is too short. The light switch is too low, easily reachable by kids.

Facilities and cleanliness. I asked for an extra blanket and pillow, and they said it was not available. What?

Front desk staff was polite and helpful ???Help me to check in earlier than official time since there was available room.
