Position and friendly staff

Rooms are old, aircon old and not well working, the room with window stinks the bad smell coming from the back of malay restaurant in the street below, awfull

Clean and welcoming entrance with friendly staff , very good location with convenience store opposite and restaurants downstairs and close by. Breakfast with authentic nasi lemak and roti bakar with eggs. Simply small nice bar for breakfast.

I doubt i will stay at GO Hotel again

The bathroom has poor water supply and the shower head was faulty. Being in the family room and paying one of the higher rates, I was disappointed with the shower head and the wash basin was in poor state too! To be honest it was disgusting as it takes a while for the basin water to be drained and brushing my teeth at the basin was a turn off! Also the cable tv was not in working condition and so was the room phone!

The hotel actually near to LRT and many halal restaurant

1. The room and toilet don't have proper lighting. All is yellow. My eyes cannot.. even in toilet not so bright 2. No parking available and the location is very pack during working hours so unable to park near hotel3. No variety breakfast only nasi lemak and boiled egg4. no mini fridge

Room size small, uneven bathroom tiles. Water didn't subside to the floor trap.

I like the location,the room was so comfortable and the staff was very helpful and the nasi lemak restaurant nearby.

Breakfast provided with a pack of delicious nasi lemak and kopi O. Location of the hotel isvery convenient because there is a lot of restaurant, convenient shop and alson dobby nearby.

The room tv not able to switch on. The toilet pipe leakage. The room is very noisy, you can hear the loud aircon compressor sound.

Clean, hotel is strictly no smoking, and it’s pretty quiet

Lack of window for some rooms

Location is convenient for shopping and eating.

Smell at corridor was not good. Many twin rooms are small like prison cells and do not have windows. No refrigerator, no electric kettle, does not provide shower cap. Shower not working for 2 night over weekends due to water pump fused. They did gave small discount for Shower failure but not significant. Will not come back again.

Everything was great except for one thing that can be improved.

The bed might have dustmites or bed bugs because my sensitive skin got irritated, unfortunately. Also, one light bulb was broken, but it didn't matter much to me.

There is a nice nasi lemak restaurant next to the hotel.

The room was quite dirty, there were mold(?) stains on the bed and bedframe. Also the shower curtain was full of mold. The room had no window and smelled really weird. You can also hear your neighbors and everything happening outside the room. I have stayed in a lot of cheap hostels around Southeast Asia, but this place was dirtier than most of them.

Room was really small however clean. The bathroom very basic had shower curtain. The entrance is really dull and needs updating. Some walls weren't painted, all you see is concrete

The hotel itself is basic. The breakfast is very basic too.

The family room is spacious, toilet is clean, I think shower gel is going to finish. Hope that staff check and refill before guest stay. Aircond is cold. Water pressure is OK. Strategic location,surrounded with a lot of restaurants.The double bedroom toilet is clean.

unable to watch TV, there is no channel.Besides hotel is restaurant, the restaurant has music band, is louder can be heard from the room. Crowded place, a bit difficult to find parking at night.Double bedroom mirror is old and blur, have something like mold. Aircond is cold. Toilet is clean.Lighting in both family room and double bedroom is very dim. Hope that staff can make the room brighter.After coming out from the lift Level 2, the corridor is dim, no light. Hope that can improve.

The room is too small. TV does not work. The bed is creaking. No fridge. This hotel should be ranked 1 or 2 stars only, not 3 stars as advertised.

All toiletries complete. The place is very good location. You can choose a lot of restaurants and other shops around.

The room is clean but we are not sure if they change the bedsheets. You cannot see its dirty but the blanket smells like curry and its quite strong.
