I like that the hotel is very clean and theres a wifi to connet to watch TV

The water in the toilet is too slow

What's good is price is affordable and not bad located. Front desk staff were welcoming.

The room's noise cancellation is terrible. Even someone next door chit chatting can be heard..throughout the night. Worst part is the housekeeper, in the morning right before checkout, sort of keep banging on the doors multiple times while housekeep.

The room not safety, door confuse how to lock from inside room and not have extra lock...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. There were several major issues with the room, including a leaking pipe, inconsistent water supply, and rusty water when it was available. What made the situation worse was that hotel management failed to provide any proper solutions.When we asked to change our room, the staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked. When we asked what could be done there no any solution was offered, and we had to resolve the issue by ourselves.What made it even worse was that the responsibility was unfairly left to an inexperienced reception staff member. When we called the hotel manager, she did not answer our call. Instead, she replied to the staff, stating she would come to resolve the problem and do what was necessary for us, but the manager never showed up.In the end, we had to find another hotel that night because this hotel could not do anything to give us better solution for the situation. We were very frustrating because this is highly unprofessional and embarrassing for the management.

Bangladesh cleaner was helpful. Good.

The television was spoilt but we were not told of the situation. Lucky we check and make a complaint. The technition was hopeless.

Asked 2nd card.but she sais dont hv Then next asked spoon for eat out breakfast. Same immediately she said dont hv.. eventhought the hotel hv pantry in lobby. Atleast she can find 1st. But she immediately said dont hv.

Everything was ok until we found out the leakage of waste water from basin late at night!

Waste water from basin was leaking from the drain and flowed to the bathroom floor. It was very disgusting.

Ample of parking spots and easy check in.

Run-down facilities and furnitures. Very bare minimum equipments. Not so clean. The table is waiting to collapse, the bathroom cabinet is broken. Clogged sink and clogged floor trap. My comforter had stain.
