The staff was very helpful.

Bathroom was really poor condition. Cannot even get the proper shower. The water flow was really slow. Really not worth the money.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

The WiFi is weak and and no clothes hanging in the room . No TV as well. A lot of home improvement to do.

HORRIBLE ROOM

I dont like the environment, room and service. My room got centipede and cockroach. I hate so much this place. Please dont use oyo anymore. I rent the room for RM87. The room should be only RM50. SUCKS

Aircon is very cool.

The bed is smelly, toilet water is leaking until room and lot of dust.

Their staff is very friendly..and his room very nice and comfartable and the badroom was very clean...for me, its affordable with the price

Maybe the staff can clean the bed more clean because the bad have a little dusty

i came for my booking late night but the staff asked me for look for other hotel because their hotel doesnt fullfill the facilities. (tv). so i go for another hotel, but i asked the staff whether they will charged on my card or not. he said no, will not charge me. unfortunately for the next day booking was charged on my card due to no show. i came back to the hotel to refund my money but he cannot assist me. im very upset with their service. very bad.

The hotel was in strategic place which is you can go to I-City Shah Alam within 5 to 10 min. There's has optional parking near with restaurant. The room was okay, smell good. Tv functioning well, but if wanna chill with movie night just bring your own pen drive

It just with their sheets and blankets, they must be more cleaness. A little bit smelly with the enviroment to room, stairs cause of smoking.The toilet little bit slippery but the give a pair of slippers. Just make sure all the room was come with good condition

All of it. The sheets is dirty, the pillows smells. The toilet is not clean properly, so many ants. Very itchy when I sleep on the mattress. The wifi is slow, the air conditioning doesnt work properly. The walls have molds and the paints falling off.
