Hotel O Kl2f Rest & Go

I hate it, the hotel give my room to another family, which is I already booked. And scam me for a more expensive room.

The price is to expensive for a room with nothing in it, no cup no bowl no water heater and not even give a water to drinks, the water dispenser is broken and no water in it. Really not rec for anyone just go to anothee hotel

when I arrived to check in, the staff said there was no room available even though I had booked a week in advance, then he told me to stay in a very bad staff room.. no aircod remote, no tv, broken toilet pump, smelly room, littered with cigarettes, the price is not worth it... ????? the question? why is my name not in the reservation .. please answer booking.com

sorry to say this is the worst stay in my life.

-reception smells cigarette and dark, no light-staff looks horrible, no proper attire: wear singlet, didn't have any changes inside the money's locker, gangster looking. -upstairs dark and smelly-inside the room: toilet very smelly, aircond not working well, the whole room smelly. 5 minutes check in, we decided to left the room and look for other nearby hotel.

My room can, t close if i go outside many time but if just stay not around it all right.. My room also don, t have tv.. Why

Staff whose name is Nazrin or not sure the guy looks like guy is very bad attitude. Not nice spoken and bad entertain client. Better ti find out a solution in order to attract customers and for a future good business purpose

staff smoking at all time. no staff at the counter. at 650am i was about to take stuff from my car but was locked inside the hotel. main door is locked. the staff counter was in his car and preparing to leave(probably at the end on his shift). when he saw me locked inside only he came back n open the main door for me. location of the room is behind the counter where we can hear whatever happen in the reception. room is quite small, not provided a towel. they didnt clean the room. there is still used lotion n bar soap when we checked in. air condition is terrible. not cold at all and we cant change the temperature. weird location and wont check in again here. i booked this hotel just because last minut arrangements and near to the location i am heading to. or else. not recommend for others.

Overall totally im not satisfy, the lamp is not function, there a a hole and wire coming out, the window cannot close,the toilet is dirty, water colour is yellow, the comforter also look like not washable, the floor also didnt had been swept.

No good point except CHEAP PRICE.

My friend got a clean room(2nd floor), but I got smelly one(3rd floor), don't want use the pillows and blanket. Poor quality of equitment (TV, light, bathroom, no shampoo and hotpot). Not a good location, outside was really dark at night, only can get food at mamak. No suggested for women&children, or even men cannot handle it.
