Mardhiyyah Hotel and Suites

The hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The reception area is stunning, the restaurant exudes class, and the tea area feels incredibly luxurious. The corridors are fully carpeted, at least on the floor I’m staying on. I haven’t had a chance to visit the pool, but I imagine it’s fantastic as well.

The room, although spacious, doesn’t seem to reflect the elegance of the exterior. It feels outdated in terms of decoration and facilities, with things like an old shower and an old water heater for drinking. There’s also not much in the way of complimentary items in the fridge, unlike what you’d usually expect in a 5-star hotel.

Room was fine and really nice. Breakfast should be added as compliment as a 5 star hotel. Furnitures are good but need to be refurbished as soon as possible.

All good and meet expectations

Arrived at about 7:05 pm was told to wait because room not ready and we are rushing to perform maghrib prayer. One of the bed with “ crek crek” sound when we move or turn our body around

The staff, location and facilities are nice.

The lift is a long wait. The shower water flow is slow and shower head not suitable for those above 1.7m

The room is spacious and well-maintained, with no visible flaws.

The elevator service is rather slow, and we had to wait a long time for our turn to use it.

Need more communications with customer for room clean other Sevices

The room so spacious and the view so lovely. Got sejadah for solat. Bed n pillow also nicee. TV got Netflix

Breakfast food variation need improvement. With that price, should have better choices.

staff are friendly & helpful

The TV is not so user friendly need own accounts to view netflix and youtube. Please go back to basics like RTM and TV3 then I will be soooo happy. TQ

Location of the property is strategic. Good value for money. The staff also friendly. This hotel also clean.

My nap disturbing by noise of motorcyle that they raced at night.

The basement parking...smelly and too narrow for big mpv.Key card should given at least two cards not only one.

Room is spacious and clean... Breakfast is delicious even the room service is excellent.

so far for 1 night stay i couldn't found any shortage...

Foods are great for the breakfast. Room size really great for people who travelling with families.

Room furniture need to be upgrade. Fridge not working & even after report it to front desk, nobody from maintenance team comes to check.

The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out.(credit to Miss Rain). The free access to the jacuzzi and sauna was a wonderful bonus, and the staff made sure everything was perfect..The staff at Borak Borak Cafe & Lounge were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their service was fast, attentive, and made the dining experience truly enjoyable.

Gorgeous lobby, friendly staff, huge and clean room, AC cold to the bone, and delicious food.

I hope we can get more discounts.

the facilities in the room were not what I’d expected. Functioning but old. I was quite frustrated with the TV, not able to turn to any channel.It was ok, but you could do better since I have spent about RM400++ per night there.

The bed was clean and comfortable

Pool could be heated as it being indoors it's not exposed to the sun heat, hence it's extremely cold.

Breakfast was good.A lot of choice and very tasty.We enjoyed it very much.

The interior of the room.Choices of color is a bit gloomy. Make it modern look.

Close to mosque

The furniture abit old. The staff took a really long time for checkin.

I like about the TV , the view, location and the bed , but not the breakfast..the breakfast are so fewwww compared to the price..so not worth it for the breakfast buffet

I choose triplets deluxe..but for the staff to bring in the extra bed took so long that it interrupted our stays in the hotel..And the breakfast buffet , I didn't like it cz its too normal and very few..
