SOUTH GATE RESIDENCY

The location was convenient, being close to the South Metro and railway station. Most of the facilities and items were as displayed on the listing. The staff were okay and handled basic requests adequately.

The mattress, bed covers, pillow covers, and towels appeared quite old and had visible stains, which affected overall comfort. Noise from other rooms was noticeable at times, impacting sleep quality.

Not clean bathrooms floors it was slippery and like slime ,bed sheets had stains and more over ceiling was dirty

Location is Awesome, It is Few Meters from Ernakulam Junction Railway Station and Metro Station. Only Walkable Distance.

Room was dusty, I got allergic the moment i entered the room. Have to move to a smaller room, and still had to pay the big room payment.

Aircondition was broken. Room was so stuffy that I had asthma attack and spent the night in hospital.

There were a lot of small cockroaches, insects, and lizards in our room. We were unable to sleep properly. Worst experience. Overpriced.

It’s relatively cheaper, facilitates are below average.

Not worth it, would spend a few extra bucks and stay in a better place. The staff isn’t even friendly, felt like I owe them something. Not with for visitors.

Location is perfect (walking distance from rail-station and bus station). Bedroom with fan was nice with a private bathroom and nice window with view. Clean and spacious. Good value of money for hotel.

Wifi is sometimes weak.

The hotel was located near the Railway station. The hotel was silent and clean. The room was really large with a table to work. The bathroom was also neat. Good.

I am not satisfied with cleanliness and facilities. It was Bad at all when I stayed. Dirty towel and bed sheets ,duvet provided. Electricity connection was very bad. No continuous electricity during night time.

Good place to stay. Very close to metro and railway stations. Close to vsf centre. Near to mg road . Lot of eatery joints. Any time Autos are available . Very clean and neat wash room.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city close to every access

The proximity to everything and the room itself was good for the money.

They didn't have a lot of services like mini fridge or access to drinking water which is a normal thing in any hotel.

Great shower

The immature lads next door who wouldn't shut up. Lovely comfy room but not great soundproofing.

Clean and value for money

Around 7 am the room was full of light whereas i like rooms which remain dark

Location was good and they followed late check in request without too many hassles. Walkable from the South Station which is a blessing for people with early or late check in / out . The staff were effective

Cleanliness within the room can definitely improve. Staff were not in uniform , difficult to identify

Location because of its proximity to metro and railway stations. Value for money hotel.

No restaurant, so basic stuff like morning tea also needs to be brought from outside.

DIRTY TOWELS DIRTY LINEN. Mattress that when I slept I could feel the surface of the wooden bed frame underneath. Bathroom was disgusting with cockroaches everywhere. I can’t believe I paid Rs 3500 for this dungeon. Will never ever in my life will visit this dirty place again.
