OAK FIELD INN

Only location

Smelly rooms , no hand wash... matress are also smelly

They accepted a guest and a room change for my last night. Affordable and well located.

Stains and holes on the bedsheets. Rats sound and rat shit in the room. Construction site facing the window with noise.

The space was good but it always smelled like smokes and weren’t kept clean..

The room did not have basic necessities, the tables and sheets had stains on them. They did not even care to do a basic cleaning of the furniture there. There were no plates and glasses and tissue

No Breakfast provided

Toileterries, could have been provided and also Water bottle

Very dirty room, not clean and un Hygiene towels and bedsheets pillow cover etc…….

Very bad, not recommended for anyone….

Location and value for money

In one of our room bad smell of humidity

Location is good. Reception Staff is good.

Room Service staff very bad. Busy with mobile phones. Even when they deliver something to your room they will be busy looking at their mobile phones.

clean, guest service always present, possible to use the lift.the receptionist was very helpful towards me, also I was able to leave my luggage for two days without any extras. recommended place

Room was neat. service was good. Good location. But receptionist is not polite.

They did not attend calls i made.

Walking distance to the train station, it's what I needed. Very clean, good value for money.

We chose the hotel because of it location next to the Metro and Ernakulam South Station. The staff were somuch helpful! We asked for late check out and they allowed us to use the room for additional couple of hours and also stored our luggage for all day.

The location.

They didn't have a bedsheet that wasn't torn. Asked them to change it and the staff kept coming back with bad linen.

Nothing much to say

Rooms are full of mosquitoes, the springs in the bed were damaged and it was a sagged one. Not recommend

It's not 1*hotel no mineral water services and no any other food service

No service for food and water. Also ac is not good some unbearrable sound in all day and night bed matress is very poor and at 201

Excellent private parking option with good facility under the price offered . restaurants are available near by

Property is new in a great location. Parking is good. Staff was accommodative.

Bath towels, windows and toilet are not clean.

Very good location...easy access for transportation

No food service...we have to book through Zomato or swiggy or try nearby restaurants...

Extremely welcoming, immaculately clean and always greeted with a smile. Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for. Friendly staff's at the desk”
