Absolutely nothing

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. How can it be a 4 star hotel. I have to leave after one night. No ac, no hot water, dirty towel, dirty bed. Entry is scary. I have requested a refund after one night.

Location

The ambience, the entry, the facilities, not having proper hot water. In fact this place is around 25 years behind times

Though the rooms are ok bathroom is bad if u have no other option then take it

No lift no easy entrance. Rooms are ok but the bathroom very unhygienic not cleaned properly. The room access so terrible to reach on the top floor. Too dark alleyways

While our stay at the hotel was pleasant and the restaurant was good, we wouldn't consider it to be great value for money. The amenities were below average, and we would rate them as less than 2 stars. It was misleading to see the hotel listed as 4 stars on booking platforms, especially since the property representative clarified that the hotel is not officially certified as a 4-star establishment. However, booking.com shows it with 4 stars, which led us to believe it was accurate — though this could have been a misunderstanding on my part. Despite this, the cost was similar to that of a 4-star hotel, which made it feel less worthwhile.

Located near Lulu mall and edapally metro station. Very easy to travel. Rooms are okay in that price.

Breakfast food is very bad and we got an insect (cockroach) from the noddles. Informed staff and they replaced the food. But they should careful the food served.

Staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Hotel has a restaurant with variety of meals.

Not that much good what i expected. it is not look like same as in the pictures. Property is much expensive and most of services were not there as mentioned. No hairdryer and washing machine at the apartment. Fridge was very dirty and ourselves cleaned it.

The room given later was good, also the location is good that is the only positive.

First they are misleading guests as the photos uploaded are not correct, i took a room after checking the photos with city view and balcony but they tried to first give me a room which was closed with 4 walls no windows as well saying that they have not updated the photo correct and have booked the qrong room, also no ckeaing is done unless you tell them myltiple times, I was supposed to get complementary bottle of water only 2 days i got that rest of the 3 days it was not given and when I asked reception is asking me to check with housekeeping and housekeeping never picks the call on intercom not at all helpfull. The lift which we enter the hotel stinks and has mosquitos no ckeaning done there as well. Just because they are at a good location they are taking guests for granted. Worst experience ever.

Perfect location next to Lulu Mall. The staff was very helpful with everything.

The bedsheets were old and ripped.

The balcony view was superb, The hotel is right in front of The Lulu mall Kochi.

it was clear that the rooms weren't cleaned after the previous guest. The dust bins were already full. Bedsheets weren't clean. it was disgusting. Not enough sugar or tea packets for 2 guests. Please don't choose this hotel. The behaviour of the reception staff also was very bad. He was very rude when was asked about the parking.

The property was very convenient for me to go out that’s why i always prefer Laimar suites.

They had great customer service 2 years back that’s why i chose Laimar unfortunately this time they didn’t meet my requirements and expectations. They gave me the room which wasn’t that much clean and the sheets and pillow covers were so dusty which caused my fiance allergic reactions. And they didn’t even greet me while I was vacating the property not even a smile which made me feel so bad. They need to improve their relationship with customers.

it needs a complete overhaul....bedsheets, cleanliness, bathrooms, fittings etc etc

Perfect location

Staff was not polite, room was not clean, electricity gone 4 times no back up, tv was not working, bed linen was unwashed, washroom was dirty and wc with lots of dirty stains.one of the worst stay which never experienced before.

Easy to find

AC was not working. Moved to another room and same problem. Third room AC started working.
