JVK Park Hotel

It wasn’t clean.Property was worn out . Had high expectations when i booked but it was disappointing.Breakfast was not great as well

great hotel at good price, we took the backwater view room and it was great. However the carpet at the corridors wasnt clean. The interiors and the reception gave a look of the bygone era. Buffet breakfast was poor, also tge kitchen at the hotel isnt that great, we better ordered through swiggy. Considering the location a little upliftment would be great. It was however a great value for money

It was right at the backwaters and had an amazing view of the waterbody and sunset. The super delux room was huge with attached balcony.

The buffet breakfast did not have much variety. A few more items on the menu would have been nice.

not yet clean . in restaurant staff don't know how to behave the customer , Not yet provide room Chappals and bath towel not yet washing .

Swimming pool was the best. Crystal clear natural water without chlorine. Food is good and spacious room.

Breakfast was good

The room was smelly and the sheets and towels had stains. It was not white and clean We also had difficulties with booking rooms via booking.com5 different bookings were made although we only booked 2 rooms and received confirmation email only for one room. Hence we had great panic and stress making cancellations within the stipulated time

Overall it was good, breakfast items are very tasty ?..And we were late and reached at 11 am, but still we get our breakfast..

Price was high according to the other facilities in cochin..

The space is not sufficient to express my likenings and suggestions. Good property. You can do lot of improvements with professionals.

Cleanliness, Bed making.The beds are bigger size for the Kot. And the way they made the bed is dangerous for the guest.

we have to call for requirements. for example, tissue and bathroom kits not available there, but they brought after I call room service. it should available there when we check in instead of calling

They dont have a restaurant and only a bar. A bit difficult to identify the location unless you use Google Maps

the reception staffs were behaving like rouges, talking in a manner like” its how we do it here if you are not interested you may leave “ . not at all happy with reception staff at the morning and the night shift one too. only them. The rest of the staffs were super.

Solid hotel. Right on the river and surrounded by wetlands and greenery. It's right off the main highway. We were preparing for a trip to Lakshadweep, so this worked perfectly for running around town to grab stuff. There is a Decathlon sports store down the street if you need water/snorkeling gear. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but does have fairly priced room service. All the food was good. Mix of continental and Indian. Veg and non-veg alike. Small rooftop pool for wading and pictures. Costs about 300-450 rupees for a tuktuk into Fort Kochi. Good wifi

Very bad situation in corridor of rooms with deteriorated food lying till I check out There could seen liquors advertising only.

No buffet breakfast. They should provide either buffet breakfast or take orders for early breakfast those who want to leave early

power was going off quite often and when complained they told its common issue and will prevail later room services were the worst I should call them multiple time and remind them about my orders and complaints. pool was closed down due to maintenance and they were just arrogant and never told any info about the same…

Rooms were very big and clean

The staff behaviour at the reception was very unwelcoming. The guy in the evening was painful to deal with for even minor requests.The pool was closed on all days for different reasons. One day we came back to see our room door left open. Didn't even call the reception to inform because we didn't want to deal with the guy at the reception.
