Pros +
- Big room. Big balcony.
- Excellent breakfast & wonderful bar at level 7.But there is construction going on at ground level and level 6. I was given level 5 for us stay stating its quiet. But big loud noises of construction went on till midnight inspite of recurrent requests by multiple guests ( families ) to pause work from 10 pm.I think the hotel should be shut down until maintenance is over or should disclose on the ongoing maintenance and sleep disruption and charge less for people who are willing accordingly.
- Just the location
Cons -
- Mold all over bathroom walls. We looked at several rooms and only 1 didn't have mold in the bathroom. The furniture was very marked up, tattered, and worn.
- The air conditioning wasn’t working properly with no cooling at all, staff attitude wasn’t hospitable at all! , bed sheets weren’t clean, started inching during the night, electricity kept on going making it very difficult to take a bath or go to the washroom delaying my plan !
- 1. Seems no generator in case lights go, as we had to do things in darkness when current had gone off.2. Found drilling work going on with loud noise from 1.30 am to 2.30 am one night till I complained and got it stopped.3. Towels and sheets not clean.
