Front office called me and told checkin will be delayed because room is not cleaned yet, then I told if I can get a delayed checkout I don't have any issue and they said okay. But in front office story changed.Price and some policy..Staff told Visitor not allowed in the single room but earlier in phone they informed that upto 8pm visitors are allowed.They took extra 1120rs and allowed the visitor for 2 hours because by the time it was 12 and my checkout time reached as per the staff.

Lunch was good,reception staff ok but to improve,

Hi, Hi there,I recently stayed at this property, and I want to address an issue regarding the breakfast rate. Your website lists 350 INR, but I was charged double that amount. I am seeking clarification on this discrepancy. When I brought this up with management, they responded rudely, which is unacceptable. The choice of menu was really good ... continental and a mix of traditional items like Ragi/buttermilk adds great comfort while travelling

Staff at reception don't have any courtesy while receiving or seeing off a guest.Especially front office staff . There are too many people at the reception, doing nothing but talking among themselves, and wave you off in betweenBreakfast is an average spread.

Location is good. Buffet is good.

Room and corridor was stinking with cigarette smoke. Only 1 lift was working, so have to wait at times to get the lift. Cleaniliness has to improve.

The food. The pool. The staff! The housekeeping staff are all five stars personnel and staffs at the restaurants!

Disappointing

I had clearly booked for 2 adults and 1 child (11 years ) and the rooms were shown on the booking site, i selected the superior twin and double room, but when i checked in, the person at the counter said that child above 7 is considered as adult. I had booked in from fri 12 pm, but i checked in only at 5 am on saturday morning, and they quoted me this This was clearly a shock for me as no where in the world a child of 11 years is considered as adult., so this was disappointing,

amities are not working at the period of stay, pool, gym are under maintenance and was not informed to us while booking, even no one called to confirm our book or informing about the maintenance of amities.

Great location, friendly staff, homely cuisine and a comfortable stay

I booked two rooms with double bed. My family was staying there. My father-in-law , mother-in-law, my wife , 5 year old son and 7 moth old daughter. The hotel provided rooms with two single beds each. How can you expect to lie on single bed with my children and the beds were too small also. My family was really unhappy about it. Though they talked to the management and the staff, it was informed that it depended on the availability. The staff should have the sensibility to look into these types of matters and arrange accordingly. I am very unhappy that my 7 month old daughter fell from that small single bed onto the floor and later when my wife asked the staff , they changed her to another room with double bed on another floor . I was about to file a case against the irresponsible service rendered to us; but I do not have time to go over all these as we have to be back to UK very soon. Moreover, no WiFi was available throughout the stay ; the staff informed that there was a problem. We, customers, do not expect such excuses from a reputed hotel like this. I have stayed in many hotels in various countries; but never did I experience like this. I am sure I will never again stay at this property nor will I recommend this to anybody. I wish the management will look into these types of issues.

Last minute booking. Not a great place to stay.

Staff are not helpful and they need more training to handle customers. They are talking between themselves when guests are waiting. Catering manager needs some push to enhance business. Very lazy staff.
