I arrived at the hotel in the early morning hours amd there was someone to help me check in and get me settled in my room.

Noise from next door rooms come through clearly which makes it hard to sleep. Morning cleaning service noises can be heard in room.

Its a very good place to stay. clean, convenient and comfortable. staffs are good.

there was a bit of cigarette smell in the bathroom.

Room, location

They didn't allow even a two hour extension of checkout time even when the entire property was empty. Wanted to charge us the whole day's tarrif for that.

They have a very quick check in and check out method!

The staff always ask the customer to go ask the security to collect their car when he/she, wants to leave. This is something the staff should do and not the customer. You are making the customer walk till the security cabin and tell/ask the security to bring the car.

Bad

The service was really bad. The man at the reception was very rude and was staring all the time. He asked us to take the wastes from the wastebin with us. They were not even providing a good service. They couldn't even dispose the wastes by themselves. Is this the way the treat the customers? They charged us extra 150 rs for dumping the wastes there

One of the first choice to stay in Cochin. Good hotel with all the facilities and amenities for a decent price. The room service and food was nice too

A newspaper in the room would be nice

Attitude of the staff is good.

I have stayed with them last year it's visible that the hotel is older from the washroom curtains and the wooden floor. The floor was sticky and the linens wer really old which gave me a feeling it was not washed. Food quality also have been dropped drastically. The nearby five star hotels have reduced their rates to 2000, comparing to that this one is not value for money. However, the staff attitude is good.

Food in the restaurant was good and value for money. The staff was really courteous and helpful. I would give the staff a 10 out of 10.

The hotel was good but not great for a 4 star hotel. The parking was off-site and done by hotel staff. It seems the parking site is a couple of plots away from the hotel.

Food they provide was excellent.. especially biriyani..

Upgrade my room without permission ad charged 300 RS extra.. should ask opion before upgrading..

Location is good. Everything is available near by Hotel.

Please change the 500ml water bottle to 1ltr. so we can avoid to keep on calling for drinking water.

Customer service is really great. Very near to Wonderla. Best option who visits wonderla. Overall it's was an okay stay

there was cigarette smells coming from AC. Room was lil congested. Little bit costly on food with little opinion.

Very poor

The arrogant front desk staff who had a grumpy face and spoke with haste to us who worked night shifts in both nights we stayed there.

The look from outside

The front staff at night was very arrogant. The rooms were stuffy and the toilet was dirty. Their breakfast was just adjustable.

Miserable

1.Paid breakfast has no value for money. Menu is not good and items are also not good.if we are late food is not available. 2. I was not good at health and thought of working from Room. Internet was miserable.

Very neat and clean. Comfortable stay and efficient staff. Have ample parking close by to the hotel.

Heavy traffic in front of hotel. Due to that taking car in and out is very difficult.
