they did not provide an iron box for ironing purpose while is asked for it. Even every small hotel provides an iron box to the room on requesting the same. Here they said that they do not provide the same, instead they provide us with a staff who would pick up the clothes and get it ironed. But that afcility is available only after 11am. They what is the us e of such a facility.

The room was spacious but not clean. There was cockroaches on the pillow and in bathroom.

The rooms had cigarette smoke smell, it was difficult to even breathe.

Breakfast was not so good, so many flies were there and when we asked they were showing an arrogant attitude. Also the toilet was so stinky and the rooms we not much cleaned.Was not satisfied as a 3 star hotel.

The room was very spacious and reasonably clean. Bellboys, waiters and guard very helpful. Beds narrow but comfortable. Toilet bowl, sink and floor clean. Breakfast alright if you go early but do avoid the chapati if you wish to preserve most of your teeth. Pick crockery wisely as cornflakes bowl and spoon are chipped. Complimentary water bottle can be collected from the reception on your first day but is chargeable for subsequent days.

Toilet walls haven't been washed this decade. Unsmiling receptionist. No hot water. Reception called at 10am saying we needed to vacate by 11am in spite of the 1130 to 1230 given on booking.com. Room key card not working for one of our 3 rooms. After a few attempts we were given a key. Water not complimentary on second day but complimentary cockroach supplied in the toilet on the second day.

The was a bottled water in the room.

Water dripping from the ceiling in the toilet and from air conditioning unit. The key fob/card was not working, so every time when I come back to the room, one of the staff will escort me to open the door manually.

I was a regular visitor since 1995 to 2008. As to me Luciya is just like my home. Unfortunately I was staying there after a long gap. Every thing changed according to the present situation. Very good experience.

Not a fan of Sadacharam. You be the judge. I booked a room for me and my friend (both are guys). I checked-in first and informed them that my friend would join late. Their question - “It is gents only, right?”. Hate that question! Why should he care!Apart from that there was no covered car parking. There was no tea/coffee maker in room. That is not a big deal. The low rating is only for sadacharam!

The response and approach of Hotel staffs was really bad.. Could behave more better..customer relation management was literally poor. Moreover they won't adjust and not cooperative at all.. Disappointed..
