Room is very clean. Facilities and location is good.

Receptionist not trained, room service was not up to the mark, all outsiders ,not known the basic knowledge to treat a customer

Previous they have given complement break fast, now they are charging Rs, 263. If they are charging they have to reduce the room tariff. they have to improve the room service. Even they have not provide the wifi details.

A good property with well appointed rooms and value for money

During the time of payment, there was an issue of card swapping machine due to poor WiFi signals. It could have become awkward, if I did not have other means of payment, as it was 6.15am in the morning. This should be the last problem to endure if you are a good property, as cashless transactions are the in thing in India and I carry small cash as a result.

Just 3hrs extension on checking out was not allowed.. You could have charged for hourly stay(extra).I had some work to complete, so just asked for extending the stay for 3 hrs, which was not allowed

The food is extremely good, specially the non vegetarian dishes.Staff is polite and helpfull.

The room, though was mentioned non smoking, was having terrible smell of cigarette smoke.Also bedside table tray had marks of cigarette burns.

The bed cover & pillows cover have so much of stain ? in we can't sleep on that. Cleaness of the room is very very poor ?

And the room size is too small its not mentioned in the online pages . Too small for a single occupancy

They offered Restaurant and pool. But restaurant was not working and no pool.Room service was also pathetic.

1. The iron wire blasted as my friend was using it. Thankfully she didn't get hurt. 2. They first gave us a room that has cigarette smoke smell. We asked for another room and they gave us one with a small bed - around 4.5 feet which was very uncomfortable. 3. They charged us the booking.com commission over and above the price we had to pay. Never experienced this malpractice before. The commission needs to be paid by the hotel and not the customer!!

We didn’t receive the complimentary breakfast. They said it is because we booked via booking.com. Even though we booked for 3 pacs, the bathing kit were just for 1. Not an issue since we could always ask from room service.

When it comes to such a good experience like this What else should I like?

I had a dirty experience with this hotel, especially from the staff of the night shift who are less well at seeing women.No one's look or expression was not right and there was no shortage of comments that customers could hear. This caused me to get angry at the reception in the middle of the night. Then by the time when we get out for an outing, they will enter our room using a duplicate access card in the name of cleaning and bed rearrangement, this behaviour without giving any information also seemed to be not good. If you are coming to this hotel as a family or as a couple you should think twice about your safety and choose another hotel. The key to providing a good hotel service to customers is always in the hands of the staff. In the case of this hotel, it is a huge failure.

the room was nice and clean. room service food was nice.

the hotel does not have a fitness centre and swimming pool as stated - these are facilities in a nearby hotel that you can use however the pool was closed the day we wanted to use it. we asked to avail of the laundry service as it states they provide however the receptionist said they did not have laundry service when we asked. the wifi is disastrous and disconnects every minute or two. the wifi is only good if sitting at reception.
