Diana Heights Luxury Hotel

I like the attitude of the staff and the location of the hotel. Hotel seems to be very safe. Room was very spacious and clean.

Spacious, cozy clean room. Good bath room. Value for money good

My spouse and I stayed at Diana Heights Luxury Hotel for one night, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s proximity to the airport was perfect for our travel plans, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were polite and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It was a quiet and restful night for both of us before our next flight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Cochin International Airport

Nothing stood out as a negative. Our stay was comfortable and exactly what we needed

Poor

The bedsheets weren't clean and were old.Felt like cardboard. The hotel itself has a misleading name. It may have been luxury at one point but now it's anything but that.

Location, Staff, and ambience

Bed spreads are old. Need to be replaced in a timely manner

The room service food

It had mold on the walls. It was dirty. It had no hot water at night. In the morning there was no water at all. No headboards. Definitely not 4 star as advertised. More like 1!

Basic Stay at Diana Luxury HotelMy stay at Diana Luxury Hotel was just okay. It’s a basic hotel with nothing too extraordinary, but it was decent for a short stay. The breakfast offered was good and definitely a highlight of the experience. Overall, it’s an alright option if you’re looking for something simple.

Location and the door boy..

The setup of room.. No amenities.. No hair blower... No refill. Non privacy... Ppl walking thru the lobby can be heard.. And the room boy pushing his trolley can be heard super loud and what u speak inside the room is public. Not sound proof. Expensive but not worth.

Location is good

All the bedding linens are looking dirty and discoloured (looking very old) , bathroom facilities are very poor, restaurant buffet breakfast was not up to the mark, very less choices

Location close to airport is super convenient. Clean basic hotel. Very flexible in fulfilling your needs.

Not really a luxury hotel. Basic but clean & good. Better TV channels would have been good.

Only the location as it is little close to the airport

The hotel wasn’t clean at all, the rooms were dirty, bathroom wasn’t clean, the bed was not comfortable.

Its location.

No proper customer service. Very late to attend to the requests of customers. Everything else other than the room comes with extra charges.Room was just okay, not very clean or not that bad. Washroom was not clean.

Very close to the airport. Good place if coming late.

We arrived about 9 in the evening. Had bit of problem with using our cards to pay. Luckily we had cash. But in the morning they seemed to work.

Food for excellent and very reasonably priced

The room did not have hair dryer. The soap provided was of inferior quality.

Room Size, moderate cleanliness. Near to Airport and highway

No bathroom chappals, floor tiles are marked and broken, marks ans patches on wall. Seprate wifi id and pw for eavh devices. People at reception can be little more friendly, and have a smiling face.

Both dinner and breakfast is included. We got to try the dinner and we loved it. There are lots of verities, veg and non veg as well. Hotel is about 10 minutes away from the airport. Staff were very helpful.

Near to airport. Safe place with shops around for basic stuff. Food was nice @reasonable prices. Toiletries, coffee desk, complimentary water. Was good for a short stay.

Ants moving around the table.

Nothing is good. For the money they charge the offerings are pathetic The room was smelling , the mattress, beddings, couch were damp and sticky and smelling

Room was bad, internet was bad, no food availability at the kitchen.

Booked here as close to the airport after a long day of travelling. Comfortable. Nice restaurant , which was very quiet but food good and plenty of choice

Disappointing swimming pool . Partially covered 1 sun bed ( although no one else used the pool in my stay ) loads of road noise so not relaxing. Gym also Disappointing multi gym broke only a couple of dumb bells and not A/C felt a little shabby

Location and that I have been staying there often

The staff appear to neither understand English or Malayalam. They won’t clean your room unless you tell them a number of times
