Staff was friendly and helpful overall.

Staff have a general misunderstanding of the booking process. We booked 3 rooms total and they kept insisting that the rooms were booked for 2 people the first day and single occupancy the rest of the days. Also, we were initially denied breakfast.

Nothing much just a business hotel Cleanliness is not compromised there........

The price range is not worth it at all In that price range you can get lot of options there you can get good big rooms..

As you entry the hotel at the point where they scan your bags , there is a bad smell that comes . They should check that and fix it

The breakfast and Dinner could have been better. Ambience is good. Room is bit small yet manageable. Location is awesome. But most important thing is I did not get the invoice for my stay despite having written a couple of time in messages and email. If you could please send my invoice for my stay, that would be better. Food taste and aroma. Rooms size- I know, nothing can be done for this.

Breakfast was good. Liked the pazham podi amongst other items.I went to nearby Subhash Bose park in the evening to watch the sunset. Quite a beautiful park with a lot of space for children to play and visitors to sit/stroll.

Check in staff was not friendly and did miscommunication about the booking, availability of rooms etc. She speak Hindi and English, I know the name but won’t reveal here. Need proper training for staff.

Location is a plus (on M G road), staff were nice and helpful, housekeeping was fast and reliable, the staff offered a late checkout which was very convenient as our flight was at night.

The mini fridge wasn’t cool.

Ibis standard maintained, rooms are good enough for two people. Not great location if you are looking for a quite stay, it’s convenient and easily reachable inside the city on the MG road of Ernakulam which is notorious for its traffic at all times so do not expect easy movement to and from hotel to other parts of the city. Staffs are helpful and welcoming breakfast was good as well.

Location

We had booked a day room (check in at 10 a.m and check out at 6 p.m.). Since we were reaching Ekm early , we had requested early check in (9a.m) to which we were told it was subject to availability. Inspite of room being available, for a 1 hr early check in we were requested to pay additional 1500 plus tax which is around 75% of the total room rent !! So we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby for 1 hr after a tiring train journey .

Property is at a prime location - in terms of access to public transport and to the main commercial areas in Kochi. Rooms were clean. The hotel features a curated Spotify playlist, which often goes ignored.

The property showed its age. The food was very underwhelming and monotonous after a few days. Not the quickest response to requests.

Spot-on location with easy access to the metro and one of the main shopping streets. Decently spacious, comfortable rooms and rather clean.

Location is good. Easy accessibility to shopping and tourist places. Checkin was quick and smooth. Reception team is so courteous. Receptionist helped with nearby places to visit. Pizza in the restaurant was good. Good service by all the staff. Good place for a short stay. Checkout was fast.

For the price, it was good. It's a slightly old style property..but for city trips and to go around in the city, it's quite good. The rooms are quite small and I was given a room with a view , which basically overlooked metro tracks. Ah and AC doesn't go cooler than 22 degrees.

I had a wonderful stay at Ibis, Kochi! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall ambience was great. The location was also very convenient. I ordered food from the in-hotel restaurant, and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options, definitely a plus!However, the only issue I faced was that the AC wasn’t cold enough, which affected my comfort a bit. While it worked, it didn’t stay cool enough throughout the night. If that gets fixed, this would be a perfect stay!Still, I’d definitely consider coming back.
