Nothing was good about the place. They showed somehow different on the website

Nothing. The place is horrible and not very clean. There are lot of mosquitos and bed bugs. I got skin infection after visiting this place. The pic they have posted in bookings.com is different that of the reality. The place is very unhygienic and no proper maintenance. AC doesn't work. They have unclean sheets. Totally horrible experience.

They need to list the ACTUAL property

Couldn’t find the location and when we finally figured it out, it turned out that “Super Collection” is not the name- so first of all they should list the property by it’s actual name.

Bugs in bed could not sleep a bit had to change three rooms and result was the same, would not recommend

I didn't have

The room was not clean and comfy as the pictures of it claimed. The chair in the room was broken, and the A/C was not good. The bathroom was obnoxious. The shower was dilapidated; tiles were dirty, and the exhaust was not working. The bucket in the bathroom was so dirty that I didn't dare to touch it. It was a nightmare. It was complete waste of my money.

we connected them through oyo call centre and they kept us waiting 2 times without answering our call. we could hear that the staff was talking adn laughing also but never answered to us means they kept the phone down. so we went for another hotel and stayed there. it was heavy rain and we really got starnded by this.

not even having the courtsey to answer our calls and after booking the customer should be given the details of the hotel including the direct number of the hotel.

Very bad and dirty place. It's the place to avoid. Booking.com, remove this place from your list.

1. Pictures provided on Booking.com are not real. 2. Upon arrival, they refused to accommodate us a room though part payment was already done. 3. They stated that they do not accomodate tourists but only locals. 4. Place is also very dirty and not suitable to stay there.

Disappointing Stay with Major Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues

I had a disappointing stay due to numerous issues in the room. The cleanliness was subpar, with spider webs on the ceiling and a dirty blanket that clearly hadn't been cleaned. Basic amenities were lacking—no towel was provided, and drinking water wasn’t available. The bathroom had no water in the pipes on several occasions, which was incredibly inconvenient. Also, only one of the three power sockets worked. Security was a concern as the door lock was missing a screw, making it hang loosely from the outside. I hope improvements are made, as my stay did not meet basic standards of comfort or service.

New property. Well mannered front office staff. Neat and clean rooms. Every things in room was OK.
