Room was amazing! The service was impeccable! The food was delicious and the staff were the best we have ever had. I can?t say enough about our experience there. Every single staff member there was kind and friendly. They felt like our family. TY staff!!!

Absolutely nothing. The whole stay from service, to food to quality was top notch! I would highly recommend staying at Eight Badtion. They made my wife and I feel like family. We were sad to leave. We will definitely come back one day. Thanks to everyone!

Great location at Fort Kochi. A very short walk to the beach to catch sunset. Lots of food options within walking distance. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and the complimentary 2 hour Tuk Tuk tour is a fantastic bargain thrown in by the hotel.

The layout of the room takes a little getting used to. It will be better if there is a stopper to hold the door to the bedroom open.

The staff made our stay so nice. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great and had many options. As two female travelers we felt safe and cared for. They also arranged an insanely early check in for us, we got there at 6AM from the airport. Plus a free two hour tuktuk tour. We unknowingly booked our trip during Onam, Kerala’s main annual celebration. Flower art, games, everyone was smiling. Incredible!

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, with special thanks to Mr. Akhil. The complimentary tuk-tuk ride was a delightful and fun experience.

The property is slightly aged, and the metal window frames show some signs of wear and tear.

The food at the restaurant was very different nutritious and outstanding... They served very good cakes and muffins. The tea time snacks were complimentary..plus there was discount for in room dining.

The room was very average. But their bathroom looked very ethnic.

We had a 10 day stay and it was absolutely lovely, the staff were very professional and helpful, the location great, food was very nice , the hotel was very clean and well kept .We would highly recommend this hotel we had a great time .

Can't recommend this hotel more. The staff were lovely and very helpful, room was clean and comfy. Highlight was the breakfast, made to order and everything we tried was great. Didn't try lunch or dinner but I'm sure it would also be very good. Location was walkable to everything in fort kochi, nice and relaxed area.

The only thing I can think of is the bed was quite soft, which some people might not like.

Eighth Bastoon is an excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms and a lovely garden. It is very close to the beach front in Kochi Fort.There is also a very good restaurant that serves a range of meals aswell as wine and beer.The staff are very attentive.

The staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. The room was well-equipped, spacious, and clean, and the hotel is located in a peaceful area of Fort Kochi. They also offer a complimentary sightseeing tour, and the bar serves excellent drinks. Highly recommended.
