Breakfast and restaurant staff were excellent

I booked two rooms a month back asking for twin beds in one room. This was not arranged and caused lot of trouble exchanging our luggages between the rooms. Hot water didn’t work on arrival due to maintenance. Air conditioner had rattling noise.

The best part of staying in this hotel was the restaurant. Food was amazing with loads of variety.

Rooms were decent, but could definitely improve the bathroom.

Great experience! The spa treatment was worth the stay alone!

Large property, friendly staff

I had higher expectations of the food there. Idly was crunchy, filter coffee was luke warm.Got bit by mosquitoes in both my room and in the lobby.Suggestions:Replace Welcome drink with coconut waterProvide optional night entertainment

The dinner and breakfast was average.

I stayed for a night and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the stay.Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Special wishes to Anitta Yeldhose who was taking care of guests relations.

Overpriced for the facilities provided. Not very helpful staff..Fittings need repair. The bathroom was dimly lit.

The staff members were very efficient and helpful! They were quick to allocate a new room when the initially allocatted room caused dust-allergy and caused discomfort.The premises are also lovely for an evening stroll.

The first room we got was very dusty - just moving the curtains stirred up dust; also, the bathroom had a tub, but no hand-shower (which was weird, but not much of an issue). When we reported these issues, the staff immediately facilitated a room change, which we really appreciated. The newly allocatted room was clean and spacious with shower and hand-shower. That said, the property is quite old and in need to significant maintenance, especially bathrooms, in my opinion.

The overall atmosphere was very pleasant; the staff were warm and welcoming. The quality of the beds were phenomenal. The room was very spacious as well, and the housekeeping staff were always prompt with requests.

The room was amazing and we had spectacular view of the backwaters. And the shower is a must mention. The most amazing shower ever! The beds were also comfy and all I wished was that I had more time to spare here. Tq to all the kind staff as well.

Great buffet breakfast, friendly staff, good pool and spa. The rooms was spacious and clean. Great view, good location.

The age of the building was starting to show at a few areas. There were some paint patches on the room wall which passed on to my luggage next to it.

Area around the hotel was quiet.Staff was very welcoming and attentive to your needs.Restaurant had decent menu comprising local, Indian and western dishes.Restaurant staff constantly asked to make sure we have additional requests for special items.

Property needs some minor maintenance, especially bathroom knobs and fittings missing.Some moldy smell in areas and dust in the vents

They need to renew there mattress and the extra bed was sufficient for my small daughter only Also my room was in 5th floor and the kitchen smell all the time in the balcony although the balcony view was something to the backwater and swimming poolAlso chef coming to the table and trying to get a good review was bothering me a lot. I would give the 5 star to the other service workers because they were working really hard

Throw rooms are very wore out, and it shows through everything I can see some effort being made to update the rooms however definitely has a feeling of something old and requiring attention

The room decor could take an upgrade. The paint and decor is a bit outdated. Beds are super bouncy and not at all comfortable. Needs an upgrade.

Location and the property itself

Floor was wet and moist even though we managed to set the temperature on the aircon to 23degree as advised by the team.Slipped while stepping out from the bathroom couple of times.
