I had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect close to everything. The breakfast buffet was a great start to each day. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Very bad room with faulty Air conditioning. Random guys will come into your room in midnight. You literally can feel the dust and smell of fungus inside the room.

Nice experience

All the staff we met was very nice and professional.

1.The room was not cleaned properly.2. The blanket had a very bad smell, I think it hadn't been dry-cleaned. 3. There were cockroaches in the room.4. TV was not working.

It was a horrible experience, lots of mosquito in the room, the room was damp, had horrible smell. Water was clogged kn the sink, no toilet paper, no hot water.

Hot water flask : the wire is too short. You put on the table but there's no plug. The switch is loose. Need to adjust for the hot water flask to work.

Waste of money

I don't know how this type of hotel became a 3 Star total waste of money .The room was not clean and the facilities were not good. In breakfast only one item is served. If we need additional items like omlet we need to pay additional. In my room the AC is working but not cooling so i informed reception in the evening the executive told me the complaint cleared but it's the same situation

The behaviour of the staff was good. The location was great. Very near to MG road. Wifi and bed size was also good.

Cleanliness doesn't meet my expectations. No heater in the toilet. I have seen cockroaches in the room.
