Even though the rooms are available for early check in they charged extra 1500 rupees for it.

Breakfast was delicious. Dining area was clean and arranged well. The dietary staffs service was excellent.

Clean room, complimentary breakfast, swimming pool pm the roof, and helpful staff who helped us to arrange a pick up and drop off drivers.

I had a pleasant stay at Q White Crescent, Kochi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

I like fact that staffs are helpfull specially the FOM Shreekanth help me arranging the vehicle to visit munnar did check how it was all the way long.Local breakfast with fruit of the day and juice was ok too. Location was great that local and other shops are just very close by. Also not to forget the helpfull girl from the reception as well.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice locality, with adequate facilities and decent breakfast options. For the rate I was charged, it offers good value for money.However, my stay wasn’t all smooth and pleasant!My room wasn’t ready even after the official check-in time. My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, only to be told that the rooms were still being cleaned and I should come back later. Yet, they had the audacity to call me at 11 in the morning to ask if I was checking out!The TV remote and set-top box weren’t working. I called the reception to send someone, but the person who answered the phone was uninterested, didn’t bother to understand the issue, and simply blamed it on poor signal. I had to call them a second and third time within an hour, but no one came to check, and my complaint was completely ignored.If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to be woken up by loud spa music played in the corridors early in the morning. And if that doesn’t wake you, the poorly soundproofed rooms combined with loud banging and chatter from the housekeeping team surely will.I was resting in the evening after my trip when I received a promotional call from the spa team offering massage appointments! Seriously? Why do they call guest rooms to promote their services? The big billboard and the ads in the rooms are more than enough to inform guests that the hotel has a spa.

There is a swimming pool.

The place is clean and has state-of-the-art facilities. The staff however lack training on customer service and can seem very clingy. They will keep ringing your door bell. It was more hectic than going through airport security to get checked into their hotel.

Breakfast was excellent.Location was quiet & smooth.All eateries are nearby.We enjoyed the coffee at the corner.There is a beautiful swimming pool at the Rooftop.Room size & facilities were excellent.

Property is not the issue, but e got confirmation from the hotel after we did the booking and just 2 hours before check in they called to say room is not available without any alternates provided. Later after a heated conversation the staff mentioned that there were wifi and technical issues with the aircon. In the end we didn’t stay in the property and had to run around to find another hotel to stay.

Poor communication and just called without any concern to say that there is no room available for even after they confirmed the booking. They should have focussed on the customer service and offered to chat with other properties nearby and helped us get a room equivalent to the one we booked.

They canceled booking 1 day prior to our stay and said it was canceled by booking.com

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Although it looks small from the outside and the lobby was small too, the rooms were spacious, clean & very comfortable. Breakfast options although not that many was good and we were satisfied. And the price was great, value for money indeed.

Absolutely amazing stay tthe property was perfect the staff amazing the room gleaming the roof top pool was a diamond amongst the chaos. Would stay agian when in Kerala ideal for the airport and any onward journey
