Reception workers were good,respectful behavior.

Very few tv channels, and i faced some current cut issues, which i never expected from a hotel like that.

The staff attempted to fix our issues.

Outdated TVs/AC, some areas not very clean/ had mould. Also I booked the Suite which was it had 1 x kind size bed and 1 x sofa bed. But when I got there they made me pay extra for the sofa bed even though booking.com said it was included.AC turned off the second you leave the room so you came back to a very warm room every time. The suite also had an awful smell due to it being closed for a long time. They could have opened the windows in preparation for us coming. The toilet also had a persistent bad smell.

Room service was bad, only opens at 8 am. Morning tea was denied saying we only open at 8 am. Staff is not well trained..are nkt aware of basic stuff like serving tea cups.They don't clean the rooms unless you tell them specifically.Request for spare towels and pillows was denied Rooms were too small.. sheets were not clean

The location is peaceful and property maintenance is good. But there are scopes for improvement.

The lamination of the cots are damaged and its been taped on it to keep intact. Its quite damgerous as the lamination sheets are quite sharp it can cut the skin.Rooms smells bad as soon the checkin.

Tasty breakfast but was with limited items.

Towels were not satsifactory but other amenities was good and there was power failiures in between.

Worst ever stay i had in kochi. Have to vacate in just 30 mts. Stinking rooms, peel off paints, untidy bathroom, fan not working over and above pathetic service.. Not recommended

I dont write bad about anyone this is my personal view others may have a different view.1. I reached at mid night and then person was asleep and he was not knowing what need to be done to checkin2, `Room has TV however no channel works3. The front area water was dripping in front office and stayed so till i left. There is no sign board showing about water i almost slipped4. The room was never cleaned for once i stayed there for 3 days.5. Used plates was left outside the room for almost 15 hours before it was cleared.6. Team has no clue about how Booking.com worksOverall a bad stay, i only choose this hotel as its close to my workplace. Never again will i choose this hotel.

Clean rooms. Good room service

The air-conditioning was making a loud noise and wasn't functioning properly.

Very dirty and stained room including the mattress.

Normal AC Room rent is 2400 without breakfast. The lift is not working.

Rooms are neat and clean

The room service, please note before releasing a room order make sure all the cutlery and crockery are there for the guest to have the food i.e i ordered for fried rice(served in a bowl) and chilly chicken(served in a full plate) but where is the plate so that the guest can portion the food and have?The room service menu card there is a correction to be made I don't remember the course but the time mentioned on the menu card is 11:30pm to 10:30pm.The guest amenities the scribbling pad was placed near the bed and the pencil for that was placed with the room service menu near the TV suggest you to look into the same, put yourself in the guest shoe and check before the product is sold.

Went down after 8.amNot a soul was there .Had to shout out.A chap came out switched on AC and put on loud music iFelt as if I was in a in a disco.Channa bhatura,egg curry bread was in the chaffing dish.On questioning on what else was for a vegetarian he said appam No curry for the vegetarian.will be ready in awhile.Went up and asked the gentleman at the front desk on what time breakfast would beserved and why did he not tell us before going down?. No place for a vegetarian.Previous day when we checked in after a funeral around 5 ,and asked for what we could get Nothing was available. I asked for toast and cocoa or horlicks anything which could give energy.Managed to get toast butter and jam and two cups of tea.Dinner was a disaster as even a simple thing like a dal tadka was unavailable.Finally settled for chapattis tomato fry and terribly greasy rice with vegetables which were not tender called biryaniGet basic local dishes right with more vegetarian dishesNot meant for senior citizens at all.Not user friendly .No lifts. Will not come again.

Service at restaurant ,.There was a motly group of about five adults and two kids.They ran out of coffee.Excuse ,the family took that flask.Absolutely unacceptable reason. Rude staff .Not a single covid protocol being followed by anyone though the site says Covid protocol being followedNot be stingy with tea coffee and milk sachet when a couple check in there were just two of each,in the room.

No lift facility, Low quality breakfast

Room size was good, the Pub is an advantage location is good.

Prompt services like when asked for an iron they promptly delivered to room. Also when asked to check air conditioning for cooling they send technician immediately and issue was rectified instantly. Newspaper was delivered to room in the morning without request.

Room seemed a tiny bit congested. Fridge was switched off.

The room had no window, even though the picture while booking shows a well lit room. I was not given complimentary breakfast. And the price to be paid was different at check in .

Only minor comment is that the fan speed was slow.And probably windows panes were not clean. Bathroom had a bit bad scent.No other issues as such

Bad! Is understatement! No menu...just one dish. Vegetarian nightmare!
