Friendly staff, but unclean and very old room and the facilities were dirty. the breakfast was bad

I booked the property and when I reach there they said rooms are full.

Booking system booking.com is not working properly. After then I get email saying I didn’t show up. There was no available rooms when I reach the hotel

"I had a very bad experience at Treebo Airsuite Hotel, especially for the price of ₹1600 per night. The hygiene and service were unacceptable. The shower gel and hand wash were diluted with water, which is unhygienic and unsafe. The face towel had yellow stains, showing very poor cleaning standards.The floors were extremely slippery with some kind of chemical, making it unsafe to walk. On top of that, the room smelled very bad throughout the stay, which made it very uncomfortable. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the overall service was far below even basic expectations.This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."

Hotel was almost new,sparkling and a pride to Mr Renje,the owner.Well staffed and managed by Mr Joseph...a funny and likeable man...with a sense of humour I often find lacking in Indians. They rarely know if you're joking....and I joke a lot...in friendliness. Mr Joseph gets it every time.

Terrible experience! I got yelled at as soon as I arrived by the receptionist (an old man who was the manager I believed) for not paying in advance even though when I booked on booking.com it said « pay at the property » and then the hotel sent me at least 20 emails asking me to pay otherwise my reservation would get canceled but I couldn’t pay online with my French credit card nor my American card, their system wouldn’t accept them.Then, I paid by card and he refused to give me a receipt telling me « Stop being so doubtful ». He was just incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and I was not welcomed at all.Also, I couldn’t have breakfast because it didn’t start before 8am which is late.The AC was incredibly noisy and barely worked, I was sweating all night!PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!

Lovely big bed, very cheap and not grotty, staff were helpful, taxi ordered at reception arrived on time in the middle of the night - much appreciated.

The hotel can only be approached from the busy part of this area over a fly over, which is fine by car, a bit less comfortable on foot. It was ok though, so pavements and well lit, so I felt safe enough to walk here by myself after dark. Just something to be aware of.

Location of the property gives you an amazing view from your room. Rooms were clean and facilities were provided as shown.Also the best thing was it was very economical.Airport taxi price disheartened me but hotel made it up.

Well located from the airport, clean and air conned. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Someone had smoked in our original room and because there’s no windows that open there was no way of venting it out, they did change our room straight away when we told them

I had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had good facilities, and the location was perfect.Also the bathroom was very small, but it was manageable.

I had a problem with the booking process. The website showed "pay at hotel" after booking, but later, I got many emails asking me to pay in advance outside the booking website. They even said they might cancel my booking if I didn’t pay. This is not right.My booking was 100% payable if I didn’t show up, so there was no reason for the hotel to keep asking for advance payment. If they want full payment, they should ask for it while booking. The booking website and hotel management should fix this problem.

Loved everything about Treebo Airport Hotel lovely Staff, lovely Room, only 4 minutes away from the Airport. Adequate Breakfast would definitely book again. Shame we only stayed 1 night.

I called the hotel from the airport to be told that the booking had been cancelled but on my Booking.com page it showed booked … this was stressful They said that they could give me a room at a different rate of 1800! They agreed the same rate as I had on booking.com when I got there There seems to be a disconnect between their system and the booking. Com system

Really good, functional hotel that's nice and close to the airport. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable. There's nothing fancy about this hotel, but it had everything we needed the night before a morning flight.

Good value for money. Location is very good for Cochin Airport.

Bathroom is very small. No bedside tables.
