Location which is surrounded by the Kochi bay is quiet and beautiful

Though the staff is friendly the hotel is poorly managed. Check in/out process takes a long time. The restaurant doesn't open as per the posted time and the food served is average at best. Unused old beds and garbage bags piled on the hallways

Buffet breakfast was very good. Helpful staff. Beautiful location.

The room could do with better maintenance of the electrical fittings and other facilities.

Spacious room, superb outdoor ambience with sea view. Great for morning or evening walks.

Rooms are pretty old and not well maintained. Same case with bathroom. Rust can be seen here and there. Did not like the way cleaning was carried out in hallways, rooms. Could do better with room service as to how leftovers/plates/crockery are dealt with, these were seen kept outside of the room until someone is able to clear it. They can do better if hospitality and cleanliness are given more importance.

Excellent location and view.Very friendly and helpful staff.Property is beautiful.Big rooms with balcony and anterooms.Staff were very cooperative about a slightly delayed check out.Also for accessing the main gate,they promptly provided the buggy service every time as it was a very long walk to the main entrance gate.

Breakfast and dinner buffet menus need to be more varied and changed.Also food was finishing near about half an hour before 10 am.

Excellent location with some nice backwaters at the background..but rooms are little small I feel..

Not clean. Old property with very minimal facilities

The only good thing was the view from the room.

The rooms did not have WiFi even though we kept calling in the end we had to use someone else's WiFi. There was no fridge in one of the rooms. The receptionist was not pleasant at all. She was grumpy throughout. Atleast the staff need to be a bit more pleasant and smiling. There were no tissues kept we had to ask for it.

Just the location

we stayed there for 4 nights and it was a total disappointment in all aspects.To start with, the room floor was filthy even after they cleaned. The room lighting was poor/dull and room looked less attractive. The Internet connection inside the room was pathetic. Had to call reception few times and having received new user id/password multiple times, the connection was so bad. Room service was consistently slow for basic requests. Food options for vegetarians was very less. Overall a disappointing stay

Everything was excellent except for the breakfast served. The idly and dosa served were very bad, For a hotel of your standard food standard served should be improved. Especially idly dosa which is a staple food, should be of good standard.

Price is great, but this comes with a lot of obsolete or non functioning fixtures. This hotel is overdue for renovations since 24 years
