Treebo Amigos Residency Near Cochi Airport (400Mtr Only)

very friendly and helpful staff. provided transporatation to the airport at 1:00am. very close to the airport.

They continually hounded us to pay via a separate site which we could not access. We asked many times for help but they just sent the same pre-written email every time. Then they cancelled our booking with less than 24 hours before checkin, after we had left for the airport.

Communication. And lack of clarity

We enjoyed the stay in Amigos . Very Quiet ,ample parking space, Spacious and clean room. Special comement on the Courteous behavior of staff .

Rooms are very clean and staff are available 24*7 , we travelled with kid and they really made us comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and it was worth the price

. The room was spotless and well-maintained, had an extremely comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay near the airport

1. The gyeser was nice and hot2. They had a good taxi service organizer who was very prompt and good in service

1. There is no restaurant, very inconvenient2. No separator for bath3. Water was not enough to drink though we were 5 people and paid for extra bed. We needed to pay for water4. Laundry facility was not available and hotel did not try to make alternative arrangements5. There was a smell in the bathroom when we went into the room.6. They did not clean the room after the 1st day. Yes we did noy ask as we forgot, but other hotels take the iniyiative and ask and then get the room cleaned.7. For the price being charged we would expect at least 3 staf comfort whoch we felt was missing in both quality of items and service.

Stayed here for one night as was close to the airport and was up early in the morning. Was good value for money

I have looked for a place at the airport as arrived really late. The stuff was very nice and welcoming, I called when landed and they came to pick me. The room was clean, good shower with hot water.

Very comfy beds, great shower, good a/cGood transfer to airport 300Rp

Breakfast choice was limited - also did not start till 8am - not the best for an airport hotel.

Clean, quiet, just 5 minutes from the airport.

Cleanliness, availability of required things in the washroom…

Only a single person is handling the work of 3 to 4 staff persons..

Really nice hotel close to the airport. We had to catch early morning flight so as perfect for us. It is quite new hotel - so is very clean. Comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast also was good. I saw others complaining about having not enough options for the breakfast. We shouldn’t not forget that it is small hotel and can’t provide such a breakfast like big branches. So for me - breakfast was very good. Also staff very friendly.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. View from the windows was good. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very close to airport. Pick up and drop facility available with the hotel.

No Restaurant or coffee shop available. Room rent relatively high considering the facilities available within the property.

Clean basic Manager or reception staff was very good gave us a lift to the restaurant

Not good location fir restaurant shops etcNot a good takeaway menu

Great staff, walking distance to all the terminals. Good meal options nearby. Clean smart and not much to criticise at all!

All good

StaffBed

Location

Washroom should have more shampoos, conditioner towels

Location was near Airport and 200 Meyers to Saravana Bhavan. Breakfast was average only, could have been better. Room was spacious and hot shower was good.

Breakfast should have more variety and we had to drink hot tea/coffee is glasses instead of cups. They didn't have an in house restaurant.

Bed very comfy. Quiet. Good location near airport. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Well equipped room (AC, fan, bedside lights)

Nothing. This hotel cancelled my booking I did not stay here. They arranged with another hotel which was just as bad.

The staff were not helpful
