SAJ Earth Resort - A Classified 5 Star Hotel

Very close to the Airport, very clean room and friendly staff

Not much to say

The only reason this resort was booked was for their expansive outdooor pool. But at the time of the booking I was not informed that the pool was under maintenance and will not be functional.

Location and staff. The campus is a good layout with an ice pool. Being right in front the airport is great. Staff does a great job.

The water never works. Had to change rooms twice because facilities were not working. AC was dripping with lots of water. Breakfast was mediocre. Bugs were inevitable because of the pool.

Great property, service and pool.

Rooms are sloghtly old with a bit of wear and tear.

We were impressed with the personal care extended by the manager. We requested some medicinal items as my husband was not well, and to our pleasant surprise, the manager brought them himself directly from the kitchen. It was heartwarming..Also, we liked the greenery all around .

We had to call to cean up the room.

Pool very good. Rooms are also very clean and staff behavior is good

We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Quality of the food need to be improved. Its not even 60 % mark.

Gorgeous, sprawling, comfortable luxury.back door opened onto private lounge patio & wrap around pool. The staff is impeccable, friendly, helpful and warm. Excellent service and accomodations! The massage at the onsite spa was exquisite, one of the best ever!The chef & kitchen staff went above and beyond to accomodate my dietary restrictions.

The immediate surrounding area is not walkable, so you need to call a grab- But the sprawling resort is lush with gorgeous trees, plants and flowers. Plenty of area to walk and explore, sit for tea, or relax on the carved wood swing.

The room was a good size and backed onto the pool which was great. The bathroom had all the toiletries that you needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and great.

We wanted to take the bags immediately to the room but they told us they would. We waited almost 30mins and they still hadn't arrived so I went to get them myself. The fitness suite was missing a 5kg dumbell so I had to use lighter weights. The staff at the pool bar weren't the friendliest. The wifi didn't work immediately but they did send an engineer to fix it a couple of hours later.

Booked a small surprise stay for my parents with Saj Earth Resort at Nedumbassery.I haven't been there personally but I can tell you that their service was exceptional and from the reports I got from my parents they left the resort happy and wanting more. Mahesh from the resort was in constant contact with me to make sure that all my requests were taken care of, I extend my personal gratitude to Mahesh for his swift responses and support through out the trip.. he personally made sure everything was perfect .. While I try to be a good customer, i am sure i was messaging at unreasonable times but Mahesh always responded immediately and helped out with all of my queries. he arranged a surprise cake for parents wedding anniversary and helped to pre book their dinner and made their stay enjoyable and memorable. I am soo happy with my choice of location and very pleased with the service and care my parents received. Mum who is a picky eater mentioned that she loved their food and enjoyed it heaps. Their buffet breakfast spread was also quite grand and very well received by my parents.5* for experience, 5* for food, 50* for service.Defenitely coming back for our family gathering

Lovely propert…good fun if you’re travelling with kids…conveniently located near the airport.

The maintenance and food can be better.

The staff.. they were above and beyond.. never said to my unusual requests. Loved the place and booked for this weekend with my parents before I fly out

It was not good

It was very bad experience I would not go or recommend this. It took a lot of time for them to respond. There was an issue with bathroom where it was stinking badly and took almost 2 hrs for responding and finally cleaning. They clean bathroom and room using same mop which was very strange. There is no follow-up from anyone to check with guests if issue has been resolved. The receptionist does not know if buffet is being served. There is no coordination between staffs in the resort.

Location was good for getting to the aiport in the morning, and the food tasted good.

It advertises itself as "the ultimate luxury retreat" and as a 5 star. It definitely isn't. It would be ok if it was advertised as a mid-range hotel, but:- The room smelled of cigarette smoke- The floor was dirty (had to clean my feet before getting in bed because of the grime)- They played loud music in the bar near my room all evening, until I phoned to ask them to turn it down. I shouldn't have to ask though - this is a hotel, not a bar/club. People want to rest, especially if they are coming from or to the aiport.- Overcharging for a 3-minute ride to the airport- Gym was closed in the afternoon- Pool looked a bit grotty- Unfriendly service at checkinHaving stayed at a 5-star in Chennai for a similar price, this was no where near that quality.

Everything was good and ambience is good and service is good. Everything maintained neat and clean. During my stay period it was raining it made feel too good. Pool access from my room.

It would look great if you add complimentary breakfast with the booking or extra paid buffet.
