Hotel Astro Marine

Breakfast was tasty and feels like homemade. Staff was kind enough to ask for more which made feels like home and location is in prime area where marine drive was 1 min walk from hotel

Nice location.. Good service and well maintained rooms.. Hot water facility available in 24hrs.. Restaurant facility available in same building itself

Rooms are pretty big

They said they have good views, but the trees were blocking the view

Location was prime. Parking available. Room size and facilities was apt. Checkin was breeze.

A lot of mosquitoes. Ground floor under construction, so the initial impressions was off. Blankets were rolled up and kept in cupboard, not laid out as normal, so we didn't feel like using it, doubting it's freshness

Right in the heart of the city, just how I like it.The residence is excellent, and quiet.A very short walk one way is the river and lots of boat trips available, and on the other side is the fabulous market area.

The location of the property is very good. The room is decent.

The amenities were very basic, and no toiletries were provided. There wasn’t even dustbins placed in the washroom. They must provide basic toiletries in soap dispensers.

Mr Nisar was very helpful

Unkempt rooms, changing of linen, refurbishing tea coffee etc

It was an average

Wi fi was hit and miss at times and the worst thing was the mosquitos even though we sprayed the room every other day, we think in the bathroom they came in from the extractor vent and in the bedroom from the cap around the window. Should have stayed on Fort Kochi.

Location is the best

The AC wasn't working properly. And also the lift was not functioning.

No breakfast as there isn't any restaurant facilities, which is a drawback as for even Tea , you need to go outside.

Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The location was extremely convenient for what I was there for.

Rooms could be cleaner, and better towels and amenities could be offered. Wi-Fi is not fast enough to stream OTT platforms without frequent buffering.

New and clean. Staff were extremely helpful.

There is a tea stall at the bottom floor..need to improve the looks for a better perception.

Very good location.

What mentioned in the online that was not maching facilities. And the amount is too high.

Centrally located and this new property is spot clean, spacious and well maintained. It’s right on marine drive walk and is close to several restaurants and tea shops. Great value for the price in this prime location. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They also provided me with a room with excellent WiFi connectivity to be able to work.

Close to marine drive and broadway

No room dining. Need to go outside for food

The maintain their property clear and tidy though the way to hotel is not good ( Ground Floor). Staff at reception was very helpful and well mannered.

There was no Complimentary brake fast. The hotel is highly priced compared to the facilities they provide. Facilities are not as seen in the photographs and as listed in booking.com site. Single room does not have even a chair but it is priced very very high compared to the nearest same type hotels and facilities they provide.

This property is not worth of even INr 1000 per night. Entrance is in poor condition with ground dug up. Wire mesh gate in poor condition. Very small iron stair steps of very poor quality. Only 1 person in the entire hotel. No television in the room, no tea/coffee maker. Bed had hard mattress with bed spread of poor quality. Could not sleep whole night as door cant be latched from inside. Anyone can enter the room if they want. No security, a total scary and forgettable experience.

High cost of INR 3920 for a hotel room which is not even worth of INR 1000. There are better quality hotels in nearby area with all facilities. Google reviews seems to be fake. It is like a scam where booking.com also seems to be involved

Staff are very accommodating.

The parking

Room

Location, right on the marine drive

Didn't find it value for money
