MARINA SUITES AIPORT HOTEL

Room was elegant, clean and comfortable.

Road to the hotel was hard to find and narrow. Elevator was not available while we were there. Card service in the hotel was not functioning at first. Shuttle to airport was a little bit late.

The location is very convenient for airport travel. Friendly and helpful staff.

The towels looked worn. At one moment I questioned if they were washed or not.

The property was very nicely built and decorated, with the staffs on ground being greatly courteous. They offered to send pick up transportation even though we made a last minute request for that, after our arrival at the airport. At the price quoted, this was a very nice and comfortable 1-night stay and would definitely recommend.

Nothing, everything was just fine.

Good location and peaceful place.

No food was provided in the hotel. We had to order food from outside as delivery.

The rooms are very clean & comfortable for an affordable price. Service is really good.staff is really polite & helpful.

Staff behaviour, tasty breakfast, prime locationGood experience

Nothing to dislike

Good

No food in the hotel and they will buy food from outside if requested. There is no lift in property

The staff was humble, polite and professional. The food was good. The milk tea was also very good. The place was neat and clean. The hygiene was maintained properly. Overall it was a value for money stay.

Stay was good. Staff was very helpful. Good hotel for a budget price and very close to airport.

I couldn't stay long at this hotel as I reached late. But overall the short stay was great and pleasant. Good toned staff and great room.

Nothing to mention

Functional and proximity to the airport. Drip service was well organized.

A restaurant would have been better. Also hot water in the bathroom.

The only thing I liked was they had a free airport drop facility

Everything. I felt cheated, it's a glorified lodge. It's very hard to find and get to, as it's in a narrow road. Tiny room for the price. The listing says there's a restaurant, but there is no restaurant. You get to order from a nearby restaurant. The bed was uncomfortable, and the study table cum dining table had sharp edges that chafed my thighs. Extremely overpriced. The bellboy was constantly chewing tobacco.

Good, clean rooms with pleasant and helpful staff

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The airport pickup service was seamless and incredibly convenient, which made the start of my trip stress-free. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service and a hassle-free stay!

Breakfast was good.

The hotel not having a restaurant which can serve the customers 24/7 or at least till late night as there is no option other than go out and eat for any urgent reason.

Nice and clean The Room service Food was very very good delicious

Couldn’t get any sleep due to noise levels at night.Reception was very welcoming however staff members on their phone watching reels so loud mostly at night and was so annoyed. Same reported to reception and was apologetic.

Lovely staff, clean rooms, lots of space and excellent wifi. Enjoyed it for a rest stop over between flights.

They kindly organised a taxi for me but on the way back to the airport the taxi driver was shouting st someone on the phone which was a bit off putting.

- Staff was very friendly and helpful- Room was clean- Bed was very comfortable- Quiet area

- Not a big deal but breakfast arrived at 8:45 am instead of 9:30 am, which I requested- Some things were missing in the room at the start (toilet paper and AC remote) but were provided later upon request

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good a/c.

Not hot water in one room.

I like everything start from staffs good manners ready to help, food so nice, rooms Clean and spacious beautiful landscapes everything is perfect I recommend everyone to have a stay in this beautiful place. Big thanks to all the staffs of Marina suite hotel.
