Townbridge Hotels & Suites

Overnight stay for early train to Goa next morning.Kettle Comfy bed and hot shower and tv to watch and relax. Short walk to station and tho no fridge in room manager kept my medication in the hotel fridge. Definitely recommend

Excellent service, great food and friendly staff ,great place for a vacation!

Every thing was ok for me,great value for money.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was simply perfect. Everything about the hotel exceeded expectations, truly a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very near to the railway station. Though the metro line was passing very close to the hotel , there was absolutely no nuisance of sound of trains.

Comfortable room

After paying for the hotel stay at the check-out, the manager did not want to make accounting documents: a check and an invoice. I had to insist on it and wait 30 minutes, which caused me to miss breakfast and almost miss the airport.

Location Value for money Helpful staff

Restaurant ambience Toilet though clean has a not so agreeable smell Bed linen could be a bit more crispier

Location Polite staffValue for money

Restaurant ambience but food good

We arrived town bridge after a 13 hour train journey from Goa as a family group of 9 we had 4 double rooms. We were more than comfortable, showers great, beds very comfortable, everything super clean and the staff were warm and welcoming. 100% recommend. Thank you ?

Very professional, punctual and friendly staff. Great value for money & delicious restaurant adjacent. The room I stayed in was a bit small but neatly designed for a solo traveller. For first time saw a hotel with a really good cold foam firm pillow.

For the price, it was not a double bed room, but more like a solo traveller with a big single bed ( not even queen size). Rest no complaints. I even extended and stayed 1 extra day. Just for a little extra you can get a bigger and more comfortable room instead.

Firm bed, great air conditioning, firm and nice pillow, decent shower.

The room and shower were so small that sink is there in the bedroom itself. Rest great friendly and very attentive staff. Everything else was really good.

This hotel was great! The staff were super helpful, explaining all the public transport options. Plus, it's really close to the metro, which was so convenient. We loved it so much we came back after our Munnar trip.

Breakfast was not complimentary. Breakfast normally is offered as comolimentary in most of the hotels.

Check out time is 12 noon and an early checkin attracts a cost similar is checkout. I suggest thereshould be a window for both. I however, appreciate the manager who considered my request little late checkout.

Very clean and comfortable. Very close to ferry jetty.

Location not very close to attractions.

Exceptional all-round. Staff was tops.Mr Sultan was like a father figure. Always making me comfortable. He's a fantastic people Person. He has the same demeanor with all clients he attended to.Also enjoyed the meals n the service from the Management n Staff at the restaurant.

Just the facade on the outside. Needs bright lights. Makes the place look safe.

Exceptional

Breakfast is bit late for me, it was starting at 8am only due to which I could have the food that I paid for since I was in a rush, other than that everything was fine

Breakfast was good. Location is good ( near city centre), Room was a bit mushy( not ‘aired’ for sometime?); service staff were excellent and helpful.

The ‘mushiness’ Of the room.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in India so far! Great value for money, very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, always ensuring our comfort. The included breakfast was also very good.

The only downside was the humidity in the room, as we couldn’t open a window and weren’t able to adjust it with the AC. However, aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay!

Except for the mosquitoes in the room, the rest was up to my expectations

Many mosquitoes in the room, 90% of my bites in India came from when I stayed in the roomBreakfast was a bit unstructured, although it was OK

This is my second time staying here and totally satisfied once again. It's really clean and a great value, everything works and the room I had was nice and quiet. While there are certainly prettier locations around the area I think the location is ideal with the metro stop right there and it's only a 15-minute walk to the boat for Fort Kochi. On the hotel's street there's no shortage of places to eat, a big plus.

Although it was a small budget hotel with basic facilities, the room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Well located in the centre of Enarkulam South within walking distance to the Metro station and restaurants & shoping areas. Value for money. Overall good experience.

The tv channels were quite limited. There was not much of a view from the hotel as it was looking out to the Metro rail tracks. Bathroom was a little small and tight.
