It was comfortable, clean, and okay for value, price going way up as week went on, to high, had to look for another place.

Had to ask 3 times for toilet paper and couple other things as there was none in the room, maybe they kept on forgetting or poor communication?

Poor service and very untidy room with mould fungus on the roof the room which can cause any disease .

The property was not clean. The room was too small and not properly cleaned. Even the heater kettle tray provided after requesting they never bothered to atleast clean and deliver.

Helpful staff including the General Manager. Willing to accommodate reasonable special requests. Showed us an example room before making a booking.

They don't have a facility to serve food. Its my repeated request to the management of Hotel Aiswarya. Even though they have all facility, why don't they serve food for the customers.

Location and silence in the heart of the city.

Everything. The room was extremely untidy , AC was leaking water. Bathroom condition was worst. One of the worst rooms that I have stayed at in my life

Great location to get around the city. Rooms didn't have hot water and were small. Excellent cheery staff, very helpful. Would reconsider coming here. Everything was outshined by superior location.

We didn't get the room after booking through booking.com. They said that the booking was confirmed through phone call .But during check in time they said it was not confirmed..Disatisfied by their response...

I like the location of the property

Almost all. From the security onwards I am disappointed. The room looked so bad and messy. Some kind of sound coming from AC. The swing was so working properly. The kettle was so working during the stay. The room is never worth 2200 including tax. I feel better rooms are worth 700-800. Some staff are good but some staff are not professional. The toilet had some bad smell.The walldrop smells so bad. I am so disappointed. I never and ever suggest anyone about this property.

Size of the room could have been little more bigger.

Nothing. The smelled like somebody made a campfire with cigarettes when we checked in. The staff used some room spray but it just wasn’t fading.

The plates that were given were dirty. Toiletries from the last people who had the room were still in the bathroom. No replaced soap or anything else. Idk if we were supposed to the soap and other things the last people used.It was bad. The staff didn’t really seem to care about complaints.
