Close to the station. 24hr reception.

Booked a twin room 1 month prior, no twin room available on arrival. Given an extra mattress on floor this was disgusting and stained. Windows were left open letting mosquitos in (curtains were drawn so we were unaware). Wifi didn’t work. Bathroom needs a thorough clean.

Location, calm place.

In room Air con has limited cooling. Need some maintenance. TV in 104 room not working and changed to room 103. Lift/elevator is sometimes not working. Need maintenance. The restaurant is closed for long time. There is no nearby food facilities. Need to upgrade soon. Wifi mostly slow or no connection at most times.

We were only there for four hours to rest and refresh before our night train. Staff were very friendly and helped us with a quick check in. The rooms are basic but clean with air con and comfy bed. If you are looking for something in the budget range, clean and close to the train station, I recommend Karthika residency.

The room was nest and at night I jaad ordered chapathi and panner butter masala it was really good

i couldn't sleep well even in an AC room due to mosquitoes attacking. It was a old property with out maintenance. Though near to siuth Railway station in Ernakulam , there is no good resturant nearby . This property is not recommendable and felt like being cheated .

Rooms are large, adequately furnished. Nice shower in bathroom.

No telephone in the room, one has to call reception on mobile. Breakfast provided was not very good.

The only good thing about this hotel is their reception and lobby area.

1. The next room people were smoking and drinking in their room. However they didn't cause any ruckus but i was with my family and it didn't feel safe.2. The power supply went off for like 8-10 times, until we switched off our AC. So we had to stay without AC.3. The hotel is not very well maintained. Seems like an old property. Rooms were stinky.4. Not recommended for people who are traveling with family.5. Since we had to spend just one night, we decided to stay.

Very easy when you have to go with the train next day. The staff were very friendly. The room was much bigger than stated in the description.

Something no one could help: there was a dog barking outside all night. After taking a shower, the floor of the whole bathroom was wet. Lot of mosquitoes.

Breakfast was good inside the restuarant

They charged for the water bottle that they given to us still its doesn't feel its fair at all

Peacefully tucked away yet prominently located near to Ernakulam South Station below the flyover.Very reasonably priced and warm ambience. Nice Kerala dosa with coconut chamandhi for complimentary breakfast.

Decent Eating places about a kilometre away. Walking below the bridge at night little uncomfortable.

Totally disappointed

Room is too small .Not spacious enough . A/c doesn’t work properly.I you don’t switch on the fan ,you will b disturbed by the noise from outside .Moreover our sleep is disturbed due to mosquitoes. Wasted the money.

Ideal location - very closers to Ernakulam Junction station and Ernakulam South Metro station.

The furniture in the room was old and dated/ heavily worn off. Bed linen was fresh however there were some old stains visible (looks like some oil stains)

The staff was very humble and supportive and the cleanliness was also good...i will definitely consult this property if you are looking for pkcket friendly and decent room to stay.

Hotel has garbage dump one side, terrible mosquitoes if u forgot to close window.No mosquito vapouriser provided, some terrible smelling mosquito incense stick given.1st day no breakfast provided cuz didnt order in room, means if u dnt order u wont get it in room by default.2 days breakfast is 3 idlis with chutney n sambhar nothing else they have1 day sabjee n extremely thin chapati - no taste onlyRoom will be cleaned only if we ask to do so.Very dim lights in the room
