I didn't like anything about the property. In photos is good but the actual staying very bad. I don't recommend it at all.

Service is not good, the food morning breakfast is not good, I felt very old food not fresh and no taste at all. Strongly not recommended. The rooms and elevator and furniture with a bed need to be replaced or renovated. The room smells bad.

Cleanliness of the hotel, their minimized plastic usage and the exceptional staff.

We really enjoyed the widespread breakfast, which included both Kerala delicacies and healthy options. The restaurant staff was especially considerate—offering a complimentary dessert and salad during one of our dinners, and even packing an early breakfast for our daughter before our flight.The hotel staff also guided us well on nearby travel options, helping us avoid city traffic. While the location is a bit secluded, it felt very safe. Just a note: the access road isn’t well-lit, so it’s best to avoid late-night strolls.

Nothing, really good place

This is one of the best five-star hotels I have ever stayed at, with no deficiencies in any aspect. The staff were very welcoming, especially those in the restaurant and housekeeping. The pool is clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is perfect—green and peaceful, with a refreshing sea breeze at night

A great place to stay filled with amazing people to attend any of your needs. Lovely swimming pool, very clean. The hotel is 15 minutes from Fort Kochi

Strong varnish smell and they couldn’t provide us with a room without odor

- Very friendly and helpful staff- Lovely pool area with lots of plants and nice sunbeds (often occupied tho)- Super delicious food (great variety too)- Calm and quiet place

- The entire room was damp and therefore the bed sheets were cold and damp (even without AC), so I woke up cold. I told the front desk and the manager told me it would dry up after a while, but it never did and it made my stay pretty unkomfortable- The glass wall in the shower has a gap and water is leaking over the bathroom floor after every shower, everything seems to be a little outdated in general- There is no Bar or Service at the pool, so you have to walk up to the restaurant, if you want anything- No outside calls can be made from the room (just intercom to the front desk)- Location is remote, as there is literally nothing in walkable distance (exept a navy complex and industrial sites)

The pool is excellent. Their cleaning of clothes was well done and speedy. The staff were attentive especially in the restaurant. Restaurant food very good.

More towels at pool required. The afternoon tea isn’t as described. A cup of tea and a minuscule piece of cake isn’t worth the bother. This is a dry hotel which we were unaware of. The hotel is in an unusual location and transport is required to get anywhere.

Overall good. Food was excellent, it it was little pricey. But the food preparation was excellent. Lots of choice for the buffet.

Car parking shade was not available. Not that much important. If there was it was convenient.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.. Very relaxing only set back is that it's far from the city centre. Special mention to all the very polite staff who made our stay a very welcoming one

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool, although as some reviews mentioned, the rooms are a bit dated (but clean). Our room was spacious with lots of storage space, which would make it appropriate for a multi nights stay (unfortunately, we only stayed 1 night). The breakfast spread is incredible, for this price point (62€/night for 2 pax). Dosas made to order were excellent, crispy and light. I would stay there again just for the breakfast!The hotel is only a short ride away (<80rs via Uber) from the ferry (6rs) to Fort Kochi or Ernakulam. The ferry is every 15-20 minutes or so, it was very convenient.

Noise insulation is so-so (could hear tv from the adjacent room, and people talking in the corridor, but I am very sensitive to noise). The management kindly gave us a room far from the pool and family rooms, so it was still very quiet at night.Some small details: lamp shades were stained, bath's door did not close properly and water leaked on the bathroom's floor. Overall, I think this hotel's current rating at 8.5 is appropriate.I attached a picture of the complimentary "high tea" which was a bit of a disappointment (and it took 20 minutes to have it served).

A tranquil environmentThe staff were very friendly and always on hand to help.The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and the staff excellent in the restaurant.The Chef produced some great dishes on par with international standards.The check out was made so easy by Rajeev and we had a nice packed breakfast as we left early for the airport.Highly recommended.

My daughter and I liked everything about this hotel and as I said this is a really great property to stay at in Cochin, as its away from the busy parts of the city.

Very decent english speaking stuff at reception desk and in the restaurant. We came at 6.a.m. and they arranged a room for us without any early check- in fee.Hotel is very quiet,good for having a brake while traveling in India in luxorios enviroment . The Cochi is very interesting city with Christian and jewish history, vibrant life in Port, so to stay 3- 4 days is also good idea.I can recomend this hotel for People looking for rest and comfort in busy city
