No hot water in the night

Had to follow up on getting towels as we were tripple sharing.

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Hot water available for showers.

Bathroom does not have an extractor fan so remains steamy and humid for many hours. Very very tiny bottle of shampoo, not enough if you have long hair. Card payments have a processing fee.

It is central if in way of going to Ernakulam where the Uber taxi is Rs.330 to Alluva Metro and in metro it is Rs.50 per person to Ernakulam. And to the Airport its only 15 mine drive where there is no traffic at any time of the day as there are diversions to avoid main road.

If you're looking for reasonable shopping in the vicinity its a waste of time comparing to Ernakulam.

Every thing is good

2 days there is no parking inside the hotel, reason is 2 functions is running First the priority is give to long term residents in the hotel for parking.make the no parking for others.Second thing is if booking time via booking. Com please mention 2% is take.

The staff were very polite

We ordered mutton Biryani for dinner . After eating , we had left the bones on the plate. In the morning , we were surprised that many of the bones from the plate was lying on the ground on the corridor floor outside the room till 10 am from 9 pm of the previous night

Staff were very nice. Very helpful and they are lady’s ready to help you. 10 stars for the staffAnd they serve amazing food. Wow it was very very tasty

The shower doesn't work. The bath tub is dirty. The hand shower in the bath tub is not long enough. The bed sheets was having stains and the bed sheets and pillow sheets was yellowish. The charged me for an extra person and also charged me 300rs for a broken water bottle (which is worth max 100rs). Will they pay me back for staying in this nasty place. When asked for a water bottle they brought a plastic water bottle without any label in it and the bottle seal was open. Very poor service and no co-operation or adjustment from the staff. There was only one coffee powder in a room where 2 people stays.I stayed at different hotels in different part of kerala and this was the worst experience hotel stay I had in the entire kerala state. Never ever worth the money. Its 3000rs for this nasty deluxe room which was a waste of money. Never ever I will come back or suggest it to anyone.

Old, unclean room (205) and creepy corridor. Not at all worth the price we paid. When I complained, I was told that the hotel was under renovation and I was allotted an older room. Doesn't serve my purpose! Staff behaviour: casual and poor response.I had to call more than once for the extra bed (which I had paid) and for the tooth brush.

Staff were well trained and showed in their professional ways with us. They were also casually friendly with us. Our 2nd stay. This time was better. We’ll stay again.

Very good hotel and very good food, very clean, good atmosphere.

Zero percentage help from staff. We only took luggages and all to room . Even no one came with us to show the rooms.

Bed not comfortable,not a medicated bed

All was good here. The location was good but couldnt spot any major supermarkets nearby. Having said that our stay was for a very short period and we checked out early next morning. So could not actually explore near by .

The front receptionist could be more trained. Actually after receiving the room keys we went up to the 3rd floor by lift but the room key was not activated. This was not expected of hotel of this size. I had to come down all the way to activate the key. Otherwise no other issues. Maybe she forgot.

First class location, with best facilities.

Restaurant was not active by 8pm. We had to dine outside.
