Travancore Court

Very polite staff, good food, room seemed very clean

Green carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor - they shd possibly replace it with tile. It had marks on it.

Very ordinary breakfast. Idlis were sticky and of low quality.

Everything takes a long time. Delay seems to be the hallmmark of this hotel.

They are up grading areas certain areas.

Reception staff poor attitude, unclean areas especially the floors, housekeeping kept removing toiletries and not replacing them, the pool area is so disappointing… It does not look like the photos; 3 beds, 3 towels, no umbrellas, on a rooftop with no shelter from the sun. Breakfast was underwhelming, staff are a bit lost, lack attention to detail, the air conditioning/ extractor is turned off at 10:30am so if you are still finishing your breakfast be ready for the kitchen fumes and heat! And an unbelievable amount of mosquitoes everywhere.

The best hotel we stayed in India. Modern, clean, well kept. Hot water, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Outstanding rooms, service and cleanliness. Incredibly helpful and responsive staff. Amazing location.

Each room should be given at least two keys. One key per room is very inconvenient.

Courteous staff and Breakfast Buffet. Room was spacious and clean

Nothing specific.

The cleanliness, the comfort, the breakfast, the structure, the kindness of the staff It's basically a luxury hotel at affordable prices.

Location & Service. Good people

Corridors and room need upgrade. Place needs an makeover as everything feels like old & dated (not nostalgic old, just old and used type)

Executive business room neat and clean

Charged extra 500 rs for my 9 year daughter without any additional facilities

Staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was nice, and the properly was in pretty good shape

The gym was a bit small, the room was not very big either especially for the price in Cochin.

Property location and the staffs are good. Also the breakfast was good with different varieties of food choices

As we had booked for a family room for 3 persons, the room that was allocated was very small and we didnt have the space to actually move around in that room, when an additional bed was put.

We loved our stay in Travancore Court! Everything was clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is good and it was easy for us to get around with car. We would surely come back!

we are facing power failure (breaker off) A/c off

I recently stayed at Travancore Court Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. It’s an amazing hotel with excellent service.Car Parking: The staff handled the car parking very professionally and genuinely, which made my arrival and departure smooth.Room Ambience: The room was very neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Despite the summer heat, the room temperature remained pleasantly cool, which was very comforting.Swimming Pool: The rooftop pool was clean and well-maintained. It also offered great views of the surroundings, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.Location: The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location with lovely views.Breakfast: The breakfast was very tasty, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and flavorful.Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Travancore Court Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a classic room booked for one night and since we arrived a little late at the hotel, the hotel complimented us with an upgrade to a superior room. We really liked everything. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty. There are many different choices, both Indian options and Continental. You can also order an omelette.

we have no negative experience

I had booked Travancore Court for my parents, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. They had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I’m genuinely thankful to the hotel staff for making their stay so special.Right from the reception desk, the service was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable. They were even kind enough to upgrade them to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. My parents couldn’t stop praising the room — spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. Every little detail was well thought out, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect throughout their stay. The breakfast spread was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. It was a great way for them to start the day. The overall ambiance of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridors, was elegant and serene. The location on MG Road was also a big plus — very central, yet peaceful. For the level of service, quality, and comfort provided, it’s definitely great value for money.A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Travancore Court for taking such good care of my parents. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet and restaurant food was really good and value for money.

Still some maintainance work going on. The water pressure of the closet faucet showers was bad.

Everything was awesome. We even were upgraded to a suite :). Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Roof top pool was a great way to end the day.

No it's very nice..I like it..staff friendly and food ok.rate.also ok..very clean

Room spacious and clean

Restaurant food was mediocre for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast food was ok, coffee not good at all.
