Location was ok

1) no windows could open to let in fresh air.2) shower head was broken and could not stay up in Room 14033) Wi fi was very poor and erratic.4) lifts were very few and far between.

The rooms are in good condition. Some lamps are so old that after turning off the glow light is on, I didn't sleep all night. Hot water burns, it is impossible to adjust for warm water, the taps do not work. Under the dirty, I was wearing white socks and they turned gray after walking around the number. The accessories in the room are very old and look dilapidated.

Location wise it was ok

1) None of the windows opened so no fresh air.2) Room cleaning service was not carried out on several occasion. 3) the shower in room1403 was broken and did not stay up . The shower arm needs to be changed.4) the wi fi was very erratic and did not work majority of the time.

I won't recommend to stay

Old wooden smell inside room, small sized room, bed linen was old, uncomfortable bed with less cushion, small size bed with short length, cold breakfast, many food items were cold in breakfast.

room service was great. easy to talk to. and they brought it up fairly quickly.

Our room was huge and very good

Despite messaging us the day before when we arrived at the hotel they said we did not have a booking. It seemed to take quite a bit of time to sort this out. Also I went to have a drink in the downstairs bar and it did not smell good at all.

Very bad attitude from staff and there is no room boy assigned. Bad impact from manager. Ugly language from the management

shift manager was unprofessional, for us they have offered single beds separate later i request for double bed staff was willing to provide but manager did not allow them,

Breakfast was awesome with wide rang of choices and staff ensure the Guests are taken care. The staffs of the hotel are well trained and customer service is excellent. Location is very convenient close to metro. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there on visit to Kochi. Thank you. Please keep up the standard. Good Job.

Nothing good except location and brand name. Just a five star hotel for name sake.

Our stay was marred by several unpleasant experiences that are unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Firstly, the bedsheet in our room was stained, and despite reporting it, no response or action was taken. While the lady receptionist was courteous and professional, the behavior of the male staff in the morning during checkout was highly inappropriate. He asked us to wait in the lobby while he personally “investigated” the room—an act that felt unnecessary and insulting.As regular guests of five-star properties, we have never encountered such treatment. Hotel staff should be properly trained to understand that their guests are respected individuals, often VIPs, who do not abscond with petty items like nuts or confectionery. This kind of treatment undermines the reputation of a luxury hotel and needs immediate attention from management.

The room is spacious , clean . The breakfast buffet had many choice and the food was excellent. The staff right from the security, doorman, reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff are courteous , friendly and very helpful .

Nothing to say

The check-in was smooth and quick. Special thanks to Anagha at the front desk who helped us change rooms promptly due to a smell issue and made sure we were settled in comfortably. The bellman Sajin was very kind and helpful with our luggage. The room had all amenities with a good selection of minibar beverages. Breakfast had a wide variety of South Indian dishes, and Delivin at the checkout counter was very courteous and efficient.

The swimming pool was not well maintained. We found empty plastic bottles and caps floating, and proper towels were not provided at the pool area. Also, our initial room had a strong cigarette odor.

In the mid night power went off in the room and we had to be shifted at 3 AM in the morning and we lost our sleep because of that. Even for breakfast, the service is very slow, and they could improve the quality of the of the food that they serve for breakfast.

Good location.

Rooms are small. Not as worth for the money. Service is mediocre. I paid for extra beds but didn’t get them and as I checked out they were about to charge me the whole amount in spite of telling them about it. Had to ask why I had to pay if I didn’t get them to take it off.
