Rooms are good, clean

There was an issue with air-conditioning. In general seems its very expensive and there is no way you can pay the hotel stay from international cards.

Spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful

There was a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I called the room service for the WiFi password and they said they would call me back and by then I had to leave. WiFi should be made available to all hotel guests- they shouldn’t have to ask for the password.

Restaurant was exceptionally good. Staffs are very well behaved & promt to serve.

Maintenance was done on request. It should be on a routine basis.

Very old facilities. Most rooms including dining room is spacious but quite old and needs urgent renovation. Wifi is very poor. After 9 or 10.00 pm till next day morning there won’t be any wifi at the hotel. Menu is quite expensive.

It was terribly old building sort of refurbished but not worth the price billed!

Rooms were old, I asked for large bed but I was given a room with 2 twin beds put together. Aircond was not functioning and dan had only2 speed levels functional on the knob. I was totally disappointed. There was nothing memorable that I didn’t even take pictures

hot water takes a while, and when it finally does come, it gushes boiling hot water. I wish they’d install modern tankless hot water showers that have pre-sets

I came down for checkout.Reception: sir , we have to check the room( I had a feeling that I was caught for something)Reception calls someone to check the room. I was told that two beers and snacks need to be paid.. i paid it checked out. This is not the way hotels work. There was water in the room which was free. I had the same impression that beers were complimentary.. There was no sign that said it is paid bar.. embarassed for the first time with this . I am a frequent international traveller and never faced such nonsense. Everything needs to be told in advance. Please do the needful

I have got hair while I was eating breakfast and the Wi-Fi was always unstable

Location was great, the food ordered through room service was of very good quality and taste.

The room had a mouldy smell, perhaps from a state of disuse for a while.

They adjusted the check out time to my convenience . Central location.

Could do with a little renovation

- proximity to the metro station- staff at breakfast was nice- room size was good.

- rooms can feel clausterphobic, the only window opens into another building back side with lots of air conditioning units- bathroom was a disaster, no hot water (remember room is not cheap, considering that you would expect basic hot water), exhaust fan would work or not work depending on its mood. They sent a service person to come fix, but he left with the water closed , so we lot also the ability to use the toilet/flush.

Operational staffs are very good and nice behaviour attitude its realy felt professional hospitality. Like Reception, House keeping, and Restuarent F&B realy great....

Pricing is little more .

Some staffs are arrogant and ill mannered..

Very courteous staff.

The bar could be brightened up a little, and made more friendly for a wide range of clients including women.
