Treebo Love Shore Residency, 290 M From Lakeshore Hospital

LOCATION WAS GREAT WITH EASY ACCESS TO ALL NECESSITIES. CLEANLINESS AND COOPERATIVE STAFF.

The general ambience is good and quiet.

The TV wasn't working and the AC was just a mark below expectations, but overall it was a nice stay and comfortable

The property is clean and tidy and very close to the hospital

No area for breakfast

I really liked that the property offers a 24-hour checkout from the time of check-in instead of the usual fixed 11:00 AM checkout. It made the stay so much more flexible and stress-free — especially helpful when you’re not on a tight schedule. That’s a big plus in my book!

The room felt quite small and a bit cramped — not much space to move around. It was definitely tighter than expected. That said, it was clean, had all the promised amenities, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable despite the limited space.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Even though there is no food service on site, the reataurant roimd the corner delivers reasonably priced local cuisine to the room.

It is a little bit out of the way from the town centre and Fort Kochi. One of the rooms had too much light from the corridor shining through the blinds at night.

Cozy bed and hot warm water in the bathroom

No breakfast included for the price I paid, No assistance on queries by front desk, No diverse crowd, Far from the scenic places, Not a great option for vegetarians.

Location is better

It's not hygiene. Room size .Not worth the money paid for.The towels had stains due to improper washing.

Location of the room and ambience

Lift Size

Its very close to Lakeshore hospital. Rooms were clean.

Price is little higher. Complimentary breakfast could have been better.

Purpose of my trip was hospital visit. Day time front desk staff was really good. On the day of check out I had requested couple of hours extra time, as my little one had doctor's appointment round 12.30. Staff showed a great human value of compassion. We checked out 2hrs late until my baby get settle. Thank you so much. Next time I will definitely go with hotel.

Mehfil restaurant charged bit on higher side and that's the only closest option is available for food. Nevertheless, Zomat n Swiggy offer great services to deliver the food in this hotel.

Very clean. A/c was working. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Very clean. Staff are friendly. Bfast was in a very hot room. No a/c. Not too many choices.

Bfast room please put a/c or fan or ventilation

Property Location was good

Staffs are very serious even they did not smile at face. I booked for 3 person but stay was not that much comfort. 3 members can't sleep in that bed... sleeping very disappointing.......

I regret to inform you that the roomstay canceled upon my arrival, causing an inconvenience for me

I didnt even get the stay.I called the them and reserved my booking at treebo love residence near leakshore hospital but when i reached out there they said I had no rooms reserved and they cancelled my booking without my knowledge. They were not able to provide me with a new room .

No Breakfast facility. You have to order to nearby restaurant. You have to ask to provide plates and then clear plates. No fooding facility. No staff support for getting food from outside.

Staff were courteous

Reception staff could not communicate freely in English. They brought a problem in engaging a traveller van , not favourable to us

Rooms are good and location

No breakfast in hotel they order out side And water botel

Safe, clean, friendly

The location was asy to approach/locate.... The staff was welcoming and the service was upto the mark... the ambiance they maintained was good for a quite stay...

room is not so big in size but clean....

Location was told at Vyttila in address but it was not...it was at nettoor near Lake shore hospital...also they don't have local cable channels instead they have smart tv only but only YouTube channels n no other channels...so a person who watches tv will be in trouble...then without consulting with the guests they served breakfast their own...how can they do that... atleast they shud ask what you prefer for breakfast.. didn't do that...sorry to say that not at all happy with the stay..thank you...

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.
