Large room. Good view. Wet and dry sauna.

Sewer smell at the pool. Shower drain did not work. Not close to any attractions. The held my payment then released it, and wanted to run my card upon arrival. I exclusively prepay when traveling abroad. Bartender lied and said beers were buy 1 get 1.

You have an excellent Staffs, I don't remember all names but few names like Krithika, Gireesh from reception side And Linkon, Shins, Sajena and Williams from resturant, they are great. There is few more from restaurant side I don't remember names. Thanks Guys

The serenity, decor and service

I had precisely requested for Queen bed and they dint provide. Indeed they dint have the options to join 2 twin bed as well. I stayed for 2 days and from their part I have felt no action being taken to fill my request.

I had a really fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Cochin .The breakfast was awesome -really good and tasty. Mr. Joby, the HR Manager, helped me a lot.His helpful attitude is truly appreciable.The staff members Aparna and Arpitha were also very good and extremely kind .They helped me book an Uber since I didn't have the app installed on my phone.Special thanks to Alex ,the bartender ,who served me very well on New year's eve.Overall, my stay was excellent.The location is nice, cleanliness is well maintained and the staff attitude is outstanding.I will definitely give 5 out of 5 and highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was very good and the manager there was a brilliant man, although there was an issue with the oven one of the days, but the rest of the days he took care of our food personally

Location could have been better, preference close proximity to the city centre & Kochi International Airport. Staff was courteaous and helpful.

We had 2 bad incidents in this hotel during my stay this time . 1) A.C not cooling at night : This is my 2nd time stay on this hotel in the last 1 year . I noticed that the A.C cooling system is turned off or reduced drastically by midnight around 1 am till morning by the hotel . My A.C thermostat is set to 20 degrees but still A.C won’t cool . Me and my family was not able to sleep due to the suffocating type heat temperature in the room . This Same incident occurred during my stay 1 year back and I made a complaint about this last time to the hotel manager at that time. But I believe they don’t care about it .2) smoking room allocated for my family : when I did the check-in at hotel (I did late check-in at night which I informed the hotel in advance thru email) , the reception staff said , only smoking room is available . When I requested for non-smoking room because I’m with my family with kids , they still said non-smoking room is all taken and not available . So I said I will cancel my booking and to refund my money because I don’t have any other option . Surprisingly , the staff said one non-smoking room became available same time and I got the room . This was very shocking for me that , how they got a room immediately when I told them I’m canceling the booking .I stayed in many Holiday inn hotel in different parts of the world and I never had bad memories such as this Holiday inn hotel in Cochin .

Reach, access and simplicity.

The furniture needs review. The working table is chipped with sharp edges. This could be done better. Include some basic stationery.

The toilet is not very clean for 5 stars hotel. The corridor has unpleasant smell. Staff is very young and not very professional.

I had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn in Kochi! The stay was memorable, and Aparna's assistance made things even smoother. appreciated the check-in procedure and the homely feel of the hotel.

The breakfast spread was enjoyable, featuring different main dishes daily. Its central location in the city made commuting easy. I would choose the Holiday Inn for my next visit.
