The Senate Hotel

Hotel is very easily accessible and there are a lot of food spots nearby. Also MG Road metro is at nearest which will make your journey more hassle free. The staffs are also good and friendly.

There is no proper maintenance. The lights are not working properly. The paint in the walls is chipped. The pipe in the wash basin was damaged. Furniture is old. Even the bed sheets got torn out. No light in the dressing table area.

AC was leaking allover the floor, tea kettle is not there, toilet flush did't work. I mean what is this...??

Only the location.

The room is very bad and everything is old and had stains. Cupboard and table is of wood and its all brocken and damaged. Floor is brocken as well. Curtains in bathroom had stains. The bed spread was full of stains. Lift was not working in the morning.

Will not recommend to anyone.

Lack of trainned personnel. Had to see cleaning staff in their informal wear. The towels provided were not clean at all. The bedsheets were dirty. Pillow covers were not there. The receptionist was not even bothered to listen the complaint. Anyways after a heated argument got all of it changed but with dirty towels again.

Budget hotel with an ok stay. If you want to spend just a night with a limited budget then go for it but don't expect much.

The bathroom was smelly with 1-2 cockroaches.

clean and neat

ac was not cooling in the middle of night i woke up sweating

Hotel is in main location, nearby sulthan restaurant food is good,on order they will deliver to your room.

absolutely nothing. it was a disaster

leaking bathrooms, leaking A/C, no ownership for any issues reported. this absolutely was one of the worst stays till date. we were so embarrassed especially because we travelled with our elders. overpriced

Location was easy to find and convenient area, room was comfortable. Congestion on parking area. Laundry people blocked our car and holed 15 min to release us. Nearby good restaurants are available.

Room service was poor, self lifting baggage, kettle and coffee mugs was dirty.

not provided complete fecility

not provided an extra 1 hour check up complimentary, not at all recommended washroom,TV connection, room cleaning

NA

We were coming from Punjab to Cochin. We reached the hotel at 11 pm. We stood at the reception for a long time then the staff came to take the room. Room full of mosquitoes. Solar was not working at night so there was no hot water in the shower. Toilet exhause fan was not working. Swetch is open. Hotel is not good for family.

No breakfast. Reception staff was courteous and helpful.

No towel or hot water heater. Had to take cold bath as excuse given was the hotel was using solar heater and being rainy day, no Sun.Disappointed.

location accessibility was good

No toiletries provided. We had to ask for towels too. Restaurant was not operational. Room was average

There Durex room is like a small normal hotel room. Once we start sleeping on the bed if yo move to the centre the bed and cote will move two sides.. you can sleep in a baby cradle ( if you are not fell down the floor). A/c is not working properly(if you put 16d you feel hot in the room. No hot water facility ( checked noon , evening, night and morning)

Easy to reach

Don't go for what you expect on the facilities , No water supply , Cleanliness is not good ...

View from hotel and size of room

Room service is very bad Washroom flush is not working and after repeated complaints also problem is not slovedHot water is not there Not responding to callCleaning person is unavailable we wait whole day for cleaning room

Nothing was there to be liking.....

Bathroom flush was not workingThere was no room serviceTV was not working

Pleasant

There was a plumbing issue in bathroom. Staff could not fix it on time and we had to adjust with that.

Friendliness of the reception front office staff

The lift went out of order for hours and had to climb up many flights of steps.

Worst hotel for family stay.

Staff not cooperative, unclean rooms, parking facilities are available but pathetic.I suggest no one should ever refer this hotel for family stay.
