The staff are fine and attentive. They have assisted me to order food because we have arrived late night. They have assisted to purchase and provide mosquito repellent electric one because of too many mosquitos. They have assisted to store my luggage when I have visited Munnar trip.

Too many mosquitoes, cleanliness of rooms, including linen. They could have sprayed the room before arrival and also change linen since it appears to be small hair

Hopeless breakfast remote areas no restaurant only order

Bed sheet not washed only bathroom was good no soap breakfast from local shop not good have to throw in garbage tv not working photo looks good but real not good we can pay half price worth only 600 per night

Location is easy access from the city

Facility poor , bed hve big hole ,mosquitos and other insects also in the room

Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location - extremely narrow approach road. Also, car parking not adequate. If there are two cars, extremely difficult to turn the car, or take it out of parking. Part of the driveway is cordoned off by the owner as private property, further restricting space.

Cleanliness, calm and good environment, humble staff

In-house Kitchen was missing and you have to go out and get things by yourself. And the location slightly difficult to reach. But both swiggy/ zomato and google maps helped me to overcome these problems.

The stay was very calm, the reception guy was very polite and the room and toilet were very clean.

The cheapest breakfast I've ever had in any hotel. Maybe it costs 20 rupees. No hotels around, otherwise I'd have gone out. They do not supply toiletries except bathing soap.

Clean place

There are so many essentials missing..- no cutlery to eat although they provide the breakfast ( not even a spoon) - no toilet paper - no way to make hot drinking water or tea - no clothes hanger- location is terrible far away from city centre and tourist places- unfriendly staff - 3 persons stayed with same price but the staff denied breakfast for 1 person.

No drinking water in room, difficult to find the guy in reception and breakfast was ready at approx 830 am. Way late.

Room is very spacious and neat and clean

We have choose 2 bhk apartment it is very spacious with living, dining and spacious kitchen.

I recently stayed at one of the Treebo Group of Hotels with a friend, as I had an interview and an exam to attend. Overall, the stay was quite good. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered at a very reasonable price, which was great for someone like me who was there on an important visit. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and we were able to relax and focus on the tasks at hand. The hotel has potential, but I hope they address payment issues to provide a more seamless and trustworthy experience for their guests in the future.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist insisted that we make a payment upfront. This was surprising and somewhat off-putting, as I've stayed at many reputable places where payment is typically made at checkout. In my experience, many good and reputable portals take payment from customers only during checkout. The manner in which the receptionist handled the situation made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion, which was not a great start to our stay.What made this even more frustrating was the inconsistency between the booking process and what we were told upon arrival. While booking on the Treebo website, it was clearly stated that no advance payment was required and that we could cancel the booking at any time without a penalty. Despite this, I received a message from Treebo after booking, stating that I needed to make a partial or full payment, or my booking would be canceled. This contradiction between what was advertised and what actually occurred was very annoying and left a negative impression, especially during a trip that was important for my career.

The room was spacious clean and well kept when we came. Breakfats were on time.

The staff attitude was cold and not very proactive. We did not receive the toiletries such as the dental kit, enough soap shampoo and handwash to the point we ran out of it during our stay for 2 days and it was not refilled. We were only given one bath towel and nothing else for a two-occupant room. Upon request, we received another one on the second day. The location is very much inside a housing colony and is strictly not advisable if you don't have your means of transport.

The hotel is located in a very inappropriate area. Very difficult to access. Also the facilities were poor and bed was not clean.

Not yet refunded for 2nd night unstay.We did check out after one night stay.Request refund money sharp action.

the front desk staff was very helpful. I had specifically asked for a Twin bed and even though the hotel didn't offer this as a default. the front desk staff made arrangements for it.

The location was interior and didn't have any shops in its immediate vicinity. Even though its Edapally North, its interior from the main spots of the city.

Room is specious and clean.

The room include Breakfast. But they deliver breakfast as a parcel only after 8.30AM.

The apartment is located in a peaceful area with no noise. The facilities are great, the rooms are incredibly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Had an absolutely wonderful stay here.
