The room was nice, the staff was nice.. But the main problem was the locals outside because of the bar.

Room booking was with breakfast....Had to leave without breakfast as restaurant opens after 9.30am

I booked this place as they offered a free parking space. But the parking space wasn't free until 10:30 PM. Moreover, the hotel has a bar and it was chaotic until the closing time.

Nothing in the premise. The property is in the city centre near to The High Court of Kerala.

Everything were very bad from the reception to Parking at a busy roadside. No professionals. The property shows a 3 star category, but don't think that the essentials like Morning or shaving kit will be there. The bottle water kept in the room was already opened and not sure the quality and purity of the water. The picture shows a coffee maker, but Not there in the room. On demanding, they provided an old kettle without any tea or coffee packets. The bedsheets and towels are stingy and smelly. A very meagre Breakfast was finally provided after a great war indeed. Fed up with this property booking

I went for a conference and due to the unavailability of other hotels in those days, I had to book this for one night. On booking.com images were at least ok to stay for a night. But this is below THIRD CLASS. even after confirmed booking they denied my check-in. Manager refused to talk. for your own safety never book this hotel

Don't fall for the low price scamming

Beware ❌ They called me 30 mins before my check-in time and said they don't have any rooms available for me so they are cancelling my booking. after i got a message from Oyo app that they are going to cancel my room "AS PER MY REQUEST". you may also experienced this type of scamming before. for me planning a trip take few days and this type of experience will really affect the budget and do's.

A good place to be with friends. Easy access inside the city & a decent place to be.

Greedy staff at the reception who are interested only in makings money

The receptionist took Rs. 580 more from me even though I have made the full payment for the room in advance saying that the rate shown in the Booking .com is not the actual charge for the room

Cost is very high and oyo room booking 2500 and hotel extra payment is 2500 so is cost is very high and room is very small for the amount don't cheat customer plz make some reason and oyo customer care also not care

Dear oyo team atleast provide correct fare on your website. Recently we faced issues. Oyo advertise less fare and once we reach hotel, they wont accept in that price. It is not at all good
