S RIVER RESORTS

The resort was everything they advertised on Booking.comSerene, calm on the river, clean pool and truly relaxing. We did not eat much at the resort so we cannot review the food.

The resort is actually in Aluva which is further from Kochi, so if you are planning to tour around Kochi then it's abit far out.

The attention and the service of the staff is very good. Specially Aswathy is to mention for her dedication in helping us to recover our delayed luggage. It's a quiet place to relax. Being familiar to travel India it is a good place compared.

The aircon worked well but was leaking, it got fixed but anyhow the next day it started over again.

Property is at a good location within the city limits.

Food options were less, as we were he only guests, there was no buffet. Property is not maintained.

Amazing  place with professional staff service. Thanks to the exceptional service provided by their receptionist SRUTHI. From the moment we arrived, they were very helpful with all our inquiries and request. The dining experience was great with variety of dishes, and each one exceeded expectations in both presentation and tasteSwimming pool also good one,  kids really enjoyed.Special thanks for Mr Ajith for his followups A perfect spot for Family gathering

Calm and peaceful location. Very good pool. We could use it without any distractions in the late evening also.very friendly staff

A little dull looking room, walls and premises. We couldn’t find any boating options even though the property is right at the backwaters.

I was on a long vacation, so I had the chance to visit a couple of places, and this resort was the best one. I had the best time—the view, the staff, cleanliness were exceptional! The food was okay though.

Peaceful beautiful natural beauty Exceptional staffGreat food

Not enough sun loungers,no bar but can take own booze

Good experience, staff are courteous, location is next to a lake, tasty food.

Nice locationGood helpful staff.

Mattress on bed very hard

Very much enjoyed my stay of two nights. If you're looking for a quiet place to wind down and relax, this one is for you, and it comes with super friendly and observant staff. The food is excellent and really provides value for money. Would come here again anytime.

serene location room was spacious

spa unavailable - the main reason for booking swimming pool was covered and very cold food took a long time which wasn’t helpful for us travelling with a baby children’s playground was actually just a slide and a swing and see saw. overall not good value for money and you can’t pay by card

Awesome viewComfortable stay Clean bathroom It was warm and cozy

Food could have been better Rest all are comfortable

Best place to relax, calm and river side resort.

Location is very nice. The staff is very helpful and kind.

One of the best Lake View Resort

The view

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to ensure the stay is a pleasant experience for their guests.

The distance to the main city was a bit far but if you're looking to relax, and have a nice time away from the noise of the city, it is a great spot.

Very clean

Receptionist but I hesitated to tell her that she was very nice?

It is worth to spend time there

Ways to reach very narrow route

Location is amazing

Food is terrible
