They do not respect arrival times of more than one hour we are waiting, also the hotel full of police officers around 25 police who ask questions when we go out

I didn't feel comfortable very bad room service

Excellent hotel. good location with metro transport and Bus facilities nearby. Good food and service.Excellent SPA.

House keeping response could have been better.

One of the rooms was big and the AC was functioning well.

We were allocated 2 rooms. One of the rooms was good but in the other room the AC was not functioning. We got a replacement room but that one was smaller and there was no natural light. On the first day there was a foul smell in the corridors.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel.Ac is not working properly..all facilities is not all good. Room is not clean very poor..

Breakfast menu is okay. Item required was not available at 9.00 a.m. No Buffet system.

Toilet, bathrooms are very dirty. Worst place is restaurant hand washing area. I couldn’t understand how you got 4 STAR? Advertising in web side is misleading the customers.

For breakfast they charged 1000/- for 2 person, but they just given dosa varieties not worth for Rs 150/-

i dont like anything especially food in this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. The front desk staff were attentive and made my check-in a breeze. The room I got was clean, comfortable, and bang for the buck. My guests were allowed to park their car at the hotel's premise and, later in the evening, sit down for a drink with me at the cosy pub housed on the first floor. The staff was hospitable and there for every need of mine. I also communicated with them in English and didn't face any hurdles. I'll say it's located at a spot where getting in and out of the neighbourhood is easy.

The room itself was spacious, clean beds

We had booked the room one week prior for a stay on new years eve.. But one day prior to our stay, the hotel authorities called us and said that there are no rooms available for the particular dates and asked us to cancel the booking from our side.. When i argued why they are trying to cancel our booking, they had no answer. Later i called them again and this time they said the booking was confirmed.. I think they were trying to sell the room for a higher price as the demand was high.. It was highly irresponsible from their side

The overall ambience and staff friendliness was very good.

Breakfast options were very limited and for a stay lasting 4 days, I was quite fed up of eating the same dish over and over. Also during night time, staff response was quite delayed.

Excellent location, easy access, great rooms & very affordable. The front office team is very flexible and accommodating. Early check-ins and late check-outs are entertained with a smiling face. Food options are plenty. I will always encourage my friends to stay there.

Do not have a Bar and SPA. Also, it would have been good if they had a swimming pool, but it is ok. Other than this, the property is extremely good in terms of value for money.

We had a early check out.. When informed the reception the night duty guy says that there's no one to assist check out process and baggage assistance.. Ridiculous feeling but as soon as I raised my voice and asked him if I I have to wait for your timing he smoothened the check out process. More professional training can be given to the staff to avoid these silly remarks that affects guests.Their kitchen opens only 830am... Not advisable for early risers

1. Property - this is a relatively new hotel and is located just at the Vyttila Flyover / Junction. Local transportation is the easily accessible be it an Auto, local bus or even the metro.The rooms are neat and clean with daily cleaning services. All facilities/toileteries are provided. 2. Food - You have breakfast as room service and food quality is also good however, There are numerous local resturants close by if one wants to explore.3. Admin - the helpdesk is round the clock and the staff there is very courteous and helpful and aware of customer needs.

REstaurant timings - Tea cofee should b made availabe from 5 am onwards...instead of 8 am and at night It shd service till 11pm instead of 9 pm, Bath tub , smokers room. Bar to be included .
