Drainage can be better, it's taking too long to drain the shower area and the washbasin.

Nothing We checked out after 1 night as it was so dirty.The smell in the room was unbearable.

It was dirty The bathroom had mould everywhere Toilet was disgusting.The sheets were dirty, they changed them but were still dirty and had stains on them.I have submitted pictures and that was only a few.

Both the receptionists who are in the morning duty are really nice and supportive

Room cleaning is very poor and during our stay in the property we were very upset about the room cleaning

Basic breakfast - but good. Location is excellent. Staff need more guidance - there is absolutely no practicality in someof the way things were managed.

Ac cooling is controlled by the Hotel Management and reduced many times. Breakfast could have offered various options

The hotel is quite new and close to many restaurants and shops, including a nice shopping mall. The ferry to Fort Kochi is close by, but keep in mind that it’s not the newest Water Metro (which stops in High Court), but the older and smaller ferry.

We were disappointed by this hotel. Despite being quite new, the furniture was already run down, and some lights were already broken. The rooms are not big, but especially the bathrooms are really quite small. That would still have worked, if only they had put a curtain for the shower. Instead, the shower head (on the ceiling!) basically floods the entire bathroom.We didn’t really expect the towels to be arranged like swans (as in the pictures), but the ones we got were completely worn out and had holes (!) in them, and we only got one per room.The breakfast is really basic: there is only one Indian option each day, and bread and marmalade as the “continental option”. Not even black coffee is available in the “buffet”, it must be ordered (with some communication difficulties). The breakfast area is very small and there are not enough tables for everybody.

Great location, very clean rooms and bathrooms, modern, everything worked, helpful staff.

Cleanliness

The room was not spacious and the service is not good and had charged extra amount as service tax.

The pictures on the website didn't match the size in real. We couldn't open the room's curtains as it directly viewed the next hotel room. The restaurant area was compressed, and the breakfast buffet was served cold. The ordered food took almost an hour to be served. The bedcovers, blankets, and towels were pale and torn. Overall, we won't recommend it.

Not much to say.. However the disappointment was with restaurant..Poor breakfast menu..

Restaurant must be accessible at all times, with minimum menu after 10pm.. In Trios Restaurant is not functioning after 9pm.. Poor menu.. disappointing

Location is good if you want to be central .Room was clean

Signs in room TWO sai complimentary Breakfast if you go to restaurant. At arrival reception also said complementary breakfast .BIG SIGN outside restaurant complimentary breakfast Yet as you enter restaurant staff pounce ROOMNUMER THEN ASK FOR MONEY It was so off-putting as paying was not issue but the manner in which staff approach you and why the signs ??Staff young good but management training needs improvement .We two people booked but had to keep asking for 2nd towel

The staff is lovely, Vipin on the reception has been the kindest since the start to end of my stay, he deserves a raise. The rooms were clean, they were very quick with room service and lovely throughout. I’ve been here before and I’ll prefer staying here whenever I visit kochi, specially on work trips.

The counter staff and house keeping and the front desk boy are friendly with their smile.Is really made my day keep going .

Clean rooms and dedicated basement parking. Location was in CBD which is a plus.

The rooms were small and we had a cooling issue in one room. Breakfast options were limited.

Located close to the center. Marine drive and Broadway were at walk-able distance. Rooms were spacious with reading table and wardrobes. Enjoyed the food and service.

Foul smell! The walk way from the lift to the room was really a bad experience. There was strong foul smell which forces us to run to the lift and back to room.

There is no choice in breakfast at all and the money charged is not commensurate with options available.

Nothing I Like

Staff is not co-operative, especially front desk supervisir (Lady). I am not at all recommend this hotel to my freinds and relative. This is first time I am facing the problem which I booked throug booking.com

Location is very good,especially for shopping.M.G Road is very close.
